Prosecutor may have just bought themselves (sleazed themselves) into a mistrial with prejudice.
Evidence tampering.
There’s no way to resolve the tussle because it would require expert testimony, but yes, the state is absolutely out of line and drone video file names are very long algorthmic titles while the file given to the defense was a very short-titled .mov file.
That is probably what they were trying to do. No jury ruling of innocence so the narrative can be “he got off on a technicality” and riots can commence.
Looks like a mistrial is becoming more likely.

The fact is most likely the prosecution altered the file before they sent it.
Menbers of the prosecution should be held personally liable for riot damage if riots happen because dismissal occurred as a result of their malicious evidence tampering.

HUGE development! This goes to the drone evidence. It appears the State shared a DIFFERENT video with Kyle’s lawyers. The metadata is different.
The DA must have gotten assistance from the FBI crime lab, since their expertise at faking evidence is widely known.
Seems to me the Judge is going to do everything possible to not declare a mistrial.
If the Judge does not declare a mistrial with prejudice, now, he’s in on the sham and has been...................
Perfect way to solve the mess. No jury verdict. Maybe no riot.
The judge can dismiss all charges because of the ADA plain and simple DONE!!!!
My estranged daughter is an ADA, she posts on Twitter and one time stated “You should be nice to me, you never know what kind of deal I will give you”. She openly mocks defense attorneys, expert witnesses and defendants. These people think they are smart, but are really a joke. I learned first hand what really goes on in our legal system. These people should be disbarred. In one case, an incident was recorded ex-honoring the defendant, the prosecutor refused to drop the case just to make a point.
It appears the video the defense received from the State is a copy made from their video.
Just dismiss this farce of a case with prejudice already..Ive NEVER in my life seen a prosecution team commit such horrific obvious misconduct
