Judge Analisa Torres from the Southern District of New York, ordered the FBI to stop extracting data from James O'Keefe's phone. It seized this phone in its search for the diary of Ashley Biden. FBI Director Christopher Wray said "it's too late. We've already copied everything on the phone and leaked it to the New York Times."
Wray's boss Attorney General Merrick Garland questioned "whether attorney/client privilege is a relevant consideration in a matter posing a severe danger to the President. Mr. O'Keefe has seen the diary. The diary is reputed to contain details of some inappropriate sexual contact between Biden and his daughter when she was a child. O'Keefe's knowledge of the contents makes him a security threat. There must be no constraints on the actions that the FBI deems are necessary to neutralize such a threat."
"For years Mr. O'Keefe has been engaged in activities that have invaded the privacy of many persons engaged in dubious activity," Garland observed. "His argument that these activities are illegal doesn't give him the right to expose them. His claim that he is an investigative journalist and is protected by the First Amendment's freedom of the press is a twisted interpretation of the law. Investigations are the responsibility of law-enforcement agencies like the FBI. Interlopers cannot be tolerated."

Just for the record, has anyone proven the diary is factually existing, and was written by this Biden ‘kid’?
I kinda thought diaries ended as a ‘hobby’ back a hundred years ago, and no one writes these today. This whole story makes me question the legit nature of the diary....is it actually real or some conjured-up/fake deal to send the FBI off in a witch-hunt?
The diary is real. The daughter has been in and out of rehab facilities because of her mental issues, and they are related to her upbringing. The diary was left at the last rehab facility she was at, and a staff member sold it to someone, who in turn tried to sell it to several news agencies and eventually Veritas. Veritas did get it and turned it over to the police. The FBI/Biden family wants to know who Veritas got it from so they raided them to find the information. This is something the KGB does in Russia, and what the Chinese secret police does there. Joe Biden has shown the world he can be as ruthless as communist countries. Freedom of the press no longer exists here.
Just think about Hunter Biden, and his laptops, and his illegal activities that were brought to light, and how those who discovered it are now the subjects of criminal investigations and Hunters actions have been covered up.
The authoritative style of government under Biden in the same that Russians live under.
