At 2:21 into the hearing today, one of the prosecutors mentions that the DOJ looked into the issue of the jury reviewing evidence inside the jury room and concluded it'd be reversible error on appeal.
Earlier witnesses mentioned the F.B.I. came to visit them at home or at work.
Then we had the F.B.I footage appearing two weeks ago -- they only had the low res as the high res had been deleted for whatever reason.
Now that very footage is being used to come up with the 'Kyle was waving a gun = provocation' instruction going to the jury as of today. The goal there is it greatly confuses the right to self defense and all of that based on grany 'enhanced images' from the F.B.I. footage.
Evidence turned over last minute, writing opinions to assist the prosecution, taking lead in investigating the case.

Finally, some video posted tonight by Posobiec on twitter showing the 'waving fun' claim by the prosecutors isn't true. Hope the defense lawyers wake up and finally get their motion to dismiss filed by Monday.

The DOJ/FBI is merely trying to communicate the right message so that the jury reaches the correct conviction and verdict.
The Feds were involved in investigating the allegation of interstate transportation of firearms under some sort of illegal circumstance. That charge got dropped but at least for a while the Feds were sharing info with the local prosecutors.
Which at the time would have been acceptable.
DOJ/FIB run at least one of the assets, maybe the love guy…or the ruling family there. They also run Blamtifa.
Also, it’s a curious that the FBI should be both involved in the case - as well as withholding exculpatory evidence from the defense - and, indeed, destroying that evidence - as it is for the CIA, allegedly the foreign intelligence service, was involved in the crash of a domestic carrier, TWA, in domestic waters, namely TWA800. The CIA made a video that basically said the witnesses didn’t see what they said they saw, namely a missile.

The FBI drones were very active in the summer of 2020. I work in the northeastern US outdoors and I could see them going between Philly and Washington and NYC.
