So where is Biden’s Jan. 5th mandate closing the Covid-spreading border?
I’ve been wonder where his mandate is for welfare recipients.
That applies for every governor, so take what you can get from this governor.
Brandon is using OSHA to enforce this unconstitutional mandate forcing companies to sue the totalitarians. Eventually it will get to the Supreme Court but, unfortunately, the companies will be bankrupt by then.
This will be happening all over the country.
This kind of totalitarianism has always been abhorrent to Americans, but the Democrats are using as their spokesperson for this tyranny a man who apparently can’t control his brain or his bowels.
The Democrat “brand” is finished. Only the most radical of Leftists can support a party so completely power-mad and UnAmerican.

well, the fascist left established this kind of Federal nullification when they got away with forbidding enforcement of Federal immigration law, so looks like the Feds will have to hire a bazillion more OSHA goons if enough states do the same thing ...
One thing I am seeing more and more is people I know who have fallen in line with all the COVID edicts now realizing none of this has been about their health at all. This is now all about controlling their very lives.
Biden the dictator wants the place to be East Germany. Going to be interesting to see if we are that far gone.
How does this stop OSHA ? It seems it would take a different kind of action to stop them.
How is OSHA going to see if, much less make large businesses comply if the businesses don’t comply and LEO’s, various state gov’t agencies, etc, don’t comply either, don’t help OSHA, and also tell OSHA to pound sand?
How is OSHA going to enforce this? They can’t!
