Rittenhouse was win-the-lottery lucky to pull a legitimate, fair judge. In today’s America he was likely to wind up being railroaded by some Soros-sponsored, Woke judicial activist. As it is, anyone with an iota of intellectual honesty must concede that Rittenhouse did nothing wrong. The problem with Democrats is they’ve divorced themselves from any vestige of intellectual honesty.
Kyle had a simple choice. Shoot or be killed by the mob. Be carried by 6 or judged by 12.
He made the only logical choice anyone under that level of duress would make to survive. He wasn’t there to sacrifice himself to the ugly leftist mob; he was there to protect others and himself if need be.
Innocent. A civil suit should reimburse all monies (plus a lot more) and time spent in jail for this wrongful indictment. I think $20M should cover it but I’m getting ahead of the process...

Wiki said he hit Kyle on the shoulder. Difficult call. It was evening. Imho, hitting Kyle on the shoulder wouldn’t have put him on the ground.

WOW, I’ve watched all the videos but not enough to string things together and never heard anything said by witnesses. I was only worries about the first instance with Rosenbaum because I didn’t know about the other shots and you can’t see what goes on in between the cars though I figured it was wrestling for the AR.
The wikipedo article makes me feel better about Kyle’s chances. Some non-leftist must have worked and fought very hard as an editor for that page, otherwise we know what it would be.

The reasonable rulings so far by the Judge in this case makes me feel better.
If the judge lets in ALL of the video from all of the different angles, it will be clear to even the wokest jury that Kyle was not the aggressor that day.

Not anymore. Kyle's mom ditched Lin Wood & John Pierce because they're grifters. Wood even claimed that Nov 3rd, all hell would break loose across the country and that Kyle would be safer in jail which is laughable since he can obviously take care of himself.

I was referring to situations like Kyle Rittenhouse encountered, not a home invasion. If you are forced to shoot someone on the street, and can leave without being traced, do so. Kyle should have walked away into the night.
