From the headline, I thought he was talking about the vaccine. Politicians have spoken often about the “opioid epidemic.” They then say they want to solve it, but then only punish innocents who are in physical pain.

A handful of these creatures can engage the cartels across the nearby border of Mexico in minutes and in a couple of days...NO MORE CARTELS.
Warthog handlers can bring the fierce animals to bear in a jiffy and return to Tucson quickly for a quick ice tea and ham sandwich before releasing the snarling predators again in subsequent attacks.
Come on, Tucker. This is part of their plan.

A couple of ways to slow the drug “epidemic”...execute all drug dealers and traffickers, and stop rushing to save the ODs.
Taking drugs other than those prescribed for illnesses is a CHOICE. Bad choices can have bad outcomes. Since they know if they OD they will be given a rescue attempt, there’s no fear factor any more.
Build the wall with a parallel access road one hundred and fifty feet on our side. Personnel mines on top of the wall and personnel and anti-tank mines between the wall and access road. The system backed up with IR and motion detectors; the mines made to be individually exploded from observation towers built every quarter of a mile.
