We are ruled by corrupt thugs. Fortunately, they’re also incompetent.

Garlands son in law owns a company that pushes CRT in public schools and stands to make big bucks. “Panorama” something or other

First they tried saying the CRT wasn’t being taught in public schools and the concern was misplaced. Now they are just saying “we will do as we please” with the force of the government behind them. Yeah, people take notice of things like that.

Of course, the SIL’s connections were not noticed when Dr.Strangelove was confirmed.

“Upon information and belief, in or about mid-September work began on development of what became the Attorney General’s Memorandum. Concerns expressed by department staff included (1) the absence of federal law enforcement nexus and authority, and (2) the constitutionally protected nature of parent protests. However, Jane Doe #2 made it clear this was a White House priority and a deliverable would be created.”

We need to know who James Doe is

“Garland’s response was to threaten to unleash the law enforcement apparatus of the state against parents by forging a “Partnership among federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial law enforcement to address threats against school administrators, board members, teachers and staff.” What threats?”

All part of the Democrats plans to divide and conquer ... just like the Covid-19 mask mandates.

We dump on McConnell a lot, and deservedly so, but for him to stuff the nomination of Garland to the Supreme Court was a good move. What a disaster it would have been to have Garland sitting on the Court.

National government sector lobbying

Taxpayer-funded lobbying is government-to-government lobbying. Counties, cities, school districts, public facilities and associations of public employees can use public funds to influence legislation and appropriations at the state and federal levels.

The U.S. Conference of Mayors, for example, lobbied for what were called shovel-ready projects under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The U.S. Conference of Mayors specifically wanted the funds from the Act to go directly to cities, as opposed to being funneled through state governments.[1]

The following is a partial list of national government sector lobbying associations. These organizations are or have been partly or completely funded by tax dollars, either with direct payments from government treasuries or via employee reimbursement for professional association dues. They represent local and state governments from across the country, where state-specific associations only represent governments within that state.

Biden henchman Garland’s daughter Rebecca is married to Xan Tanner, the founder and president of Panorama, a multimillion-dollar company that sells CRT and related ESG materials to schools around the country.

File that in the folder marked “gross conflict of interest.”

Soviets act like this, if in Russia, China or here and now.

They claim everyone threatens them just for not wanting to go along while they ultimately do violence to everyone.

Right-and better late than never...I guess

Are these the same parents who put liberal clowns in charge of the schools in their community??

They pay for the schools. The school board (in theory) works for them

Hence, the parents need to get the recall petitions going and start running for the boards. If the boards go to court, recall the judges. Get new judges. If the city councils and county commissions don’t act, replace them.

Johnston County, NC figured it out……

https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.newsobserver.com/news/politics-government/article254747447.html

The Johnston County school system will now get $7.9 million in exchange for imposing new rules that limit how teachers can discuss history and racism in their classrooms.

A recently adopted Johnston County school board policy says teachers can be disciplined or fired if they teach that American historical figures weren’t heroes, undermine the U.S. Constitution in lessons or say that racism is a permanent part of American life.

The Johnston County Board of Commissioners unanimously voted on Monday to turn over $7.9 million in school funding it had previously withheld until the school board passed a policy preventing what it called Critical Race Theory from being taught.

Time for all parents against the CRT to have a “BUTT OUT!” boycott, where parents pull their kids butts out of the schools to show the unions and school districts and Merrick Garland who is in charge. Put demands that their kids wont go back to school until CRT is banned and Merrick Garland resigns! No compromises.
