The Democrat Party filed in court to demand mail-in voting laws that will ensure Democrats can steal all elections for the foreseeable future.
Governor Wolf signed emergency legislation into law without the approval of the state leglislature in 2020 for mail-in voting. Republicans were not able to overturn this in the courts.
So on Friday, the Democrats announced they will hold mail-in voting in the state from now on. They pretend this is for voting rights.
We all know this is so they can steal all future elections.
And, of course, the Republican Party is nowhere to be found.
The DNC released this statement on Friday.

I believe they did argue this. And, didn’t the SOS change the rules right before the election to something different than the original legislation? Did the Republican’s try to sue to stop it and were told by the State Supreme Court that since they couldn’t demonstrate an injury that the suit was filed too early? After the fact, after the vote was certified, the Republican’s were then told that it was too late?
And folks on here talk about secession as if it’s some taboo subject that can never happen because ????????

The Pennsylvania and Georgia steals were the most blatant Constitutional violations. The SCOTUS abdicated it’s responsibly to ensure that State elections laws were set by each State legislature, not by a Governor’s edict or a back room “settlement” by a corrupt Secretary of State. The conservative majority on SCOTUS is a myth. No other issue was more important than election integrity and Barrett, Gorsuch and Kavanagh all demonstrated their lack of courage and integrity.

I’m sure a republican will run against mail in ballots next election. They seem more interested in having issues to run on then doing their jobs.
In Georgia, Governor Kemp in unison with radical Marxist Stacey Abrams and communist China, enshrined mail-in voting and ballot harvesting into law. He called it election reform.

This tells me either the GOP is incompetent beyond my ability to fathom or they are in on the steal.
The Republicans should respond with a statute that would require all statewide elections (including the selection of Presidential Electors) to be based on who wins a majority of votes in each county in the state. A majority of counties wins the votes. No more domination of statewide races by corrupt Democrat-controlled cities.

The DNC didn’t file any lawsuit. Republicans filed a lawsuit to stop the mail in voting. That lawsuit is ongoing.
The DNC filed a motion to intervene in the lawsuit that is ongoing THAT REPUBLICANS FILED.
