The movement to “defund the police” became a popular cry among Hollywood elite over the past year with very few celebrities stepping up to defend cops. So it was a welcome change this week when Academy Award-winning Hollywood actor Morgan Freeman surprised an interviewer with his response to her ‘defund the police’ question.
It takes courage to stand against the WOKE Establishment and risk being seen as a 'deplorable'... Hats off to Morgan Freeman... He's right. Our communities need police protection. Not many of us live in White Liberal Elite Communities with our own private WOKE security...
I have three requirements of law enforcement:
1. Uphold and defend the Constitution you swore to uphold and defend.
2. Obey the laws you enforce.
3. Don’t be a dick.
If you can’t manage these three simple requirements then please don’t take the badge.
And if an entire department can’t abide these three simple requirements then I want them defunded, disbanded, and where necessary: prosecuted.
A. Anyone who has listened to an interview with Morgan Freeman would not be surprised at all that he doesn’t support defunding the police.
B. I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t care at all if the Twitter idiots were unhappy about it.
Wisdom comes with age and experience. The exception is Democrats. with them ugly is what comes with age. Wisdom they have never experienced.
Most Blacks are not for defunding the police. Blacks are in fact hit hardest by the absence of law enforcement.
Well, Mr. Freeman does have a lot of stuff that the mob would love to take, so he needs cops more than most. Fortunately for Mr. Freeman, he can afford to buy the cop’s protection, unlike most people.
