I’m thinking if you give this to SCOTUS, they take it and decide on it, then we’re one step closer to the Dem’s being able to federalize everything knowing they’d be in control of it all.

And yes, at Robert's insistence they punted with "No Standing". If a State making an official case about a national election has no standing how does any regular citizen even get to the highest court? Reports have it that Robert's pussed out crying about riots and anarchy - though that was already happening in Seattle, Portland and other Democrat cities anyway so WTF?
I'm for a State's Convention where the Supreme Court does NOT have final say in all things while removing their life-time tenures, subject to removal. The nation's trust in this institution as the final arbiter has been sorely betrayed for partisan and bureaucratic preservation over what's best for America's citizens and our nation's best interests and survival.
