What does SCOTUS have to do with this?

Haven’t they already stated that these are state issues?

I’m thinking if you give this to SCOTUS, they take it and decide on it, then we’re one step closer to the Dem’s being able to federalize everything knowing they’d be in control of it all.

Wrong, not if SCOTUS were to actually follow the Constitution; which admittedly there is no evidence of them being inclined to do.
