Corrupt Obama judge Linda Parker was somehow chosen for the 2020 Election case in Michigan where mountains of corruption took place that led to stealing the election from President Trump in late-night ballot dumps in the state. She ended the case.
Judge Parker was mentioned due to her actions involving a case the Democrats in Michigan took out against attorneys Sidney Powell and Lin Wood for claiming the election was stolen.
Now today we find out that the corrupt Obama judge agreed with her fellow Democrats and ordered Powell and Wood to go to training, pay the state’s costs in the case and be reviewed for penalties and possible suspensions.

These legal costs will be astronomical, padded I’m sure just for extra punishment. It will break them if they don’t get some financial help.

News for Parker, judges can be sued. I’ve known people that have done so and won. In fact, two judges have been forced to step down and a third is facing removal.
so do they have any actual evidence or not? All I see are ‘audit report delayed’, or ‘results will be released in xx days’, over, and over, and over again.
Maybe if they have no evidence at all, and it is starting to seem like that, they should pay the costs of filing frivolous lawsuits.
They are leaving very few paths open for those who want to peacefully exercise their civil rights.

Really? Where in statute law does it say that and how do you get to be the final arbiter to deny rights given to the public but denied to our representatives in the court?

It’s another Obama judge who made this ruling. I suspect they will appeal and this will be just another Obama judge being reversed, again. Obama judges rulings are overturned on appeal at approximately an 85% rate so stay tuned.

This will be appealed, and it will be struck down on appeal. Michigan court is a Kangaroo court.Corrupt Obama judge Linda Parker would have to find the suit fraudulent and frivolous to make such an order.The alleged fqcts do not support such a conclusion, and discovery was likely denied in the case, and Parker can’t say that the alleged facts were even revealed, so Parker can’t really say the facts were fraudulently alleged. And the case is not frivolous.
It may be that Parker may be ordered to allow a new trial . whichi would sink her Obamoid affliction. ( An Obamoid is like a hemorrhoids, only worse. Parker is definitely an Obamoid Queen, located on the rectum of Michigan justice.)
