Not a good letter. Way too long and likely not written by a good attorney.

That might come in handy. Having a lawyer friend take a look at it for confirmation.

I will not ague that the letter or any thing it references is incorrect.

But I will point out that enforcing its righteousness on your employer will require many expensive trips to court.

Unless one is making a lot of money, it probably is cheaper to let him fire you and go the discrimination route.

This was posted here a few weeks ago and is more concise:

I am requesting a religious exception from receiving any of the three vaccines currently authorized under the EUA because they were all developed and/or tested using cell lines derived from aborted human fetuses or embryos. This directly contradicts my deeply held belief in the God-given sanctity of all human life from conception to natural death. I firmly believe that abortion is a grave sin, and that using cell lines derived from an aborted human fetus or embryo to develop or test any vaccine or other medication, or for any other purpose, is also a grave sin. By receiving any one of these vaccines I would be approving of the use of these cell lines and approving of the abortion from which they are derived, which I simply cannot do, as a matter of conscience.

I would consider receiving a COVID vaccine that was not developed or tested in any way with cell lines derived from aborted human fetuses or embryos when one becomes available.

Always remember that while you may have a solicitor or even two if you are wealthy most large corporations have TEAMS of solicitors wwith deep pockets enough for years of litigation. How many hours of solicitor time can one afford when they are up against years of court time. This was the position that one of the large company I worked with took when individuals threatened law suits they went full lawfare. Know the difference it will probably save your life savings just a friendly bit of advice from someone who has seen this for years and years in the Corp world.

It’s my understanding that the FDA didn’t approve the vaccine, it just extends the emergency use application.

It’s approved for 16 and over, with the EUA extended for 12-15 y/o and the booster shot.

Might be ammunition though for the discrimination route - that the employer had it pushed into their face first and they decided to ignore it and then acted punitively with a firing.

If possible folks can save money with a contingency arrangement.

Sue for big bucks and the lawyer gets paid a percentage...
