The Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration, shall take such actions as are necessary to ensure that any individual traveling on a flight that departs from or arrives to an airport inside the United States or a territory of the United States is fully vaccinated against COVID–19.
The Secretary shall ensure there is an exception to the requirement described in such subsection for an individual who is ineligible or medically unable to be fully vaccinated against COVID–19.
In this Act, the term fully vaccinated against COVID–19 means receiving all recommended doses of a COVID–19 vaccine that is licensed under section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 262) or authorized for emergency use under section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–3).
Thanks for posting PR info—amazing—lets see if they stick to that during heavy tourist season (winter).

Just what the airline industry needed.
Doesn’t it take months to get fully vaccinated now?
I know airline pilots who are aren’t vaccinated.
I thought the Supreme Court ruled mandatory vaccinations unconstitutional.
My 27 yr old grandson HAD COVID...but now has to get shot up to fly?
I pretty much don’t want to be in a confined space with a bunch of vaccinated superspreaders and a pilot that may have a blood clot pop up in mid-flight.
Read the rulings for Jacobson vs state of Mass.
Cliff notes version. The individual states can mandate vaccines for the public good against a deadly pathogen. It’s unclear if the Federal government can via the general welfare clause or not. I am expecting a case to make it to the USSC to decide just that in the next year or so once the fedgov mandates travel documents that case will almost assuredly go all the way. The question is will this current group of 9 interpret the general welfare clause to include public health measures including vaccinations. The precident to close borders for pathogen control is already set in case law under the General welfare clause and by direct law from Congress granting the executive control over the borders.
Or the no airline traffic bill.
Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory and thus does not have full Constitutional rights.
its people are for the most part US citizens and they do.
thank heaven it is not a state.
I doubt this proposed law will fly any time soon.
Hawaii is currently using a system like you describe. You must provide proof of vaccination or a negative test to fly in. I suspect including the test option would keep it legal. If Fedzilla wants to require vax only, they would probably be limited to arriving international flights. Of course, I am not a lawyer.
Doesn’t seem like our Congress represents us.
No
Very interesting question.

We do not exist in their world or consciousness.
They will say that having Covid will only keep you immune for, at most, 8 months then natural immunity wanes so you still must get the injection.
Disregarding the fact that folks infected with Sara-cov-1 MERS, still have detectable antibodies 17 years after initial infection and appear to have been protected against SARS-cov-2, COVID 19.
But that is buried in the depths of the known universe, never to be revealed.
Along with the studies done by the cdc and nih that say that those with natural immunity are better immunized by having had Covid than someone who got the injection.
How’s this for irony? Ritchie is gay. So we know this is not about public health.
Excluding blacks from air travel. Really?
They are not lunatics. They are tyrants.
This is racist.
It genuinely is.
