The Secretary of Homeland Security, acting through the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration, shall take such actions as are necessary to ensure that any individual traveling on a flight that departs from or arrives to an airport inside the United States or a territory of the United States is fully vaccinated against COVID–19.
The Secretary shall ensure there is an exception to the requirement described in such subsection for an individual who is ineligible or medically unable to be fully vaccinated against COVID–19.
In this Act, the term fully vaccinated against COVID–19 means receiving all recommended doses of a COVID–19 vaccine that is licensed under section 351 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 262) or authorized for emergency use under section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–321 U.S.C. 360bbb–3).
It's an uncontained pathogen that's been in global circulation for over a year.
We've all been exposed by now.
What about the illegal aliens? Paradrop them from Mexico?
This VACCINE thing is really getting out of hand.
The entire Administration are acting like Freakin’ Lunatics.
They are heading toward being committed to wearing strait jackets.
Could you just see it...”Sorry Omar, you’ll have to be jabbed first.”
I try not to wish ill on anyone, but I'm going to make an exception in this case. I hope the people behind this die an agonizing death, and then spend an eternity burning in hell. Sorry, not sorry.
De facto Covid passport requirement
Are Governments afraid people will die from COVID or survive The Great Vaccine Pandemic of 2021 ?
Flights from Afghanistan?
Thanks, that is interesting. AFAIK I have not had the infection. But I would insist on an antibody test before submitting to a vax just to be sure.
I never get a cold or the flu but that doesn’t mean I’ve never been in contact with it. (had both aplenty when I was a kid) Just the opposite is probably true. I likely come in contact every year keeping my immunity strong.
Further the SCOTUS has affirmed the Privileges and Immunities Clause gives every citizen the right to travel freely in the US without an internal passport. A passort is any document granting the right to travel. A COVID negative test then would be equal to such a passport.
The rules have tightened up against cruising too...
Last week you could cruise if you were fully vaxxed and had a neg test or had an exemption if you were unvaxxed ..Child under 12, Medical, Religious...Plus Travel Insurance and pay for extra testing onboard...
Starting on Aug 28 its only Child under 12 and a letter from your doctor about why he thinks you shouldnt have the jab ...the travel Insurance and extra testing...
I cruised last week with an exemption for Religous reasons.....I cant next week...
Plus besides the islands in the Caribbean our own San Juan Puerto Rico wont let American citizens who arent vaxxed leave the ship...
RASIS !!!
hmmm... another blow to science and clear thinking.. sounds like a winning platform for the dems. They really underestimate the intelligence of the American people. Fooling 10% of America is not nearly enough in a fair election. So please keep your clown bit going.
Given the insufferable wokeness of corporations in the last year and how obviously in bed with the politicians they are, they will likely get compensated for their losses, courtesy of the taxpayer that they will refuse to serve.
Oh, I bet it's that bag-o-peanuts ...
China will not give it their government, their military or their people.
India will not mandate it, and gave their population ivermectin.
These countries have the 2 largest populations in the world. Are they really about to lose all that revenue?
Yup- the only issues i’ve had being sick were residual effects of lymes disease which was finally diagnosed after 7 years on/off again symptoms- this despite the fact i said the reason i was getting sick was because of the lymes disease yet no ordinary doctor would listen. In fact this all led to the blood tests and me requesting the covid antibodies test.
I never get the flu, never get the flu shot and until recently, never take medication. And i am a workout fiend most of my life.
TxExit
The covid death rate over the past two months is comparable to the 2018/2019 flu season, which was a “bad one” since the vaccine did not match the prevalent strain.
No passports needed then. None needed now.
If you accept it now, you’ll be accepting it forever.
What if you had COVID already?
