Assuming they didn’t have acute problems soon after the shot, they made a gamble and probably won.
It’s their risk to have taken and none of our business.
People bitching about other people getting vaccinated are as stupid as people bitching about other people refusing to get vaccinated.
Think about your personal situation and make your choice.
It should be YOUR choice, however.

The vax hesitant discuss the vax and in every thread, pro vax people come in and act like superior beings while call us insulting names. Seems like there’s an expert on every subject here on FR and they’re usually nasty people who denigrate and insult others.
Agree. My entire family, with the exception of myself, have been injected with whatever this stuff is. I hope that I am mistaken and not them. If I get this thing, I'll conduct my fight with it in the many ways that are available. Fortunately, I don't get treated like a pariah. It's more like a "you know what the old man's like".
I think many are on edge (including myself) because now it seems it is not going to be a matter of choice...The powers at be are using Covid, the vaccines, and the passports as a cudgel to divide and influence people.
