What if, or when, it is unequivocally proven that Joe Biden and other Democrats did not legitimately win the 2020 election, but they refuse to give up power? What then?
I think it is a scenario for which we should be prepared because elections without meaning leave us with a stark choice between submission to a one-party totalitarian state or rebellion.

In general, people who are comfortable aren’t in for revolution. That’s one of the things that makes the founders of this country so incredible. They were well to do, high status people who risked all for liberty.
It’ll never happen.
BUT... if it did, it’s likely that an outright crime (s) would also be proven so yes, in that event I think the people involved would be removed/jailed.
Equally likely is that they’ll say: “At this point, what difference does it make”.....
But as I said, it’ll never happen

Like it or not the traitorous GOPe/Uniparty in the states and congress certified the fraudulent election… the Courts refused to take it on… we are stuck with an illegitimate administration no matter what the proof is at this point.
They aren’t going to “leave”.

There is nothing in the Constitution that addresses this issue, so it looks like we’ll be stuck with Biden until the ‘24 election.
I thought everybody presumed that Biden and the democrats would never “give up” power under any circumstance. Republicans, only, submit; democrats fight.
Nothing happens.
There is no way to reverse the certification of election results in Congress.
The best we can hope for is that some of the people responsible go to jail (ha!) and that a few states will better secure their elections process.

Maybe, if we had a ‘Congress’, they could freeze his access to US resources (say, phones, mediia, airforce one), or refuse to carry out his ‘orders’ and ideally, the treasurey could ‘defund’ his policies, etc.
