There are already reports of efforts to steel the California governor election for Gavin Newsom. No one likes Newsom. He was horrible over the past year in instituting draconian measures to inhibit freedom during the COVID crisis. He is hated.
So the Democrats have to cheat some more.
A couple of examples are provided below.
In this first example, Republican candidate Larry Elder is noticeably impacted by the way the ballot was created and folds added to the ballot. This is a low-tech hack of a ballot.
When folds run through candidate vote space it either does not scan and forces adjudication OR outright misaligns and auto-cancels the vote.
The design of the ballot will negatively impact Elder.
This second hack is referred to as the “postman hack”. This simple low-level hack perpetrated on voters is one of many ways a vote can be stolen. This is just one of them. Think about it if 10,000 of these votes were stolen? This is sometimes the narrow thin margin nefarious actors need to win!

It’s not even in alphabetical order,
I received my ballot today and Larry Elder is one of the last names on the ballot HOWEVER his name is NOT on the fold!!
Spokeshave family have received our ballots....will re-fold them as if it makes any difference.
Just filled out and cast my mail-in ballot and Larry Elder was not “on the fold” but way at the bottom of a column...strange that the ballot shown is different, as it is just one single state-wide election (none of the local variables that affect ballot layouts in other elections)...why wouldn’t every mail-in ballot statewide be exactly the same?

I’d speculate in majority Republican counties he’s at or near the bottom. In swing/democrat counties he’s at the fold thus providing a plausible explanation for his loss.
On my Santa Clara County ballot, Larry Elder is not on a fold, and is actually pretty well situated in the first of three columns. The one shown is from Lake County, a pretty small county of the 58 in California - you figure that by chance a few counties will have him in a fold, since it appears each county has a different layout.

3. The vote area is a small oval shape
4. Instructions are to use a ball point pen
5. Instructions in bold type: NO RED INK OR PENCILS
6. Larry Elder is on the TOP OF THE LIST on right hand side and ABOVE THE FIRST FOLD.
I think Enlightened1 does protest toooooooooo much.
I just voted for Larry Elder. However as the picture shows there are like 47 people running against Newsome. I have voted in California elections since 1966 and I have never seen a ballot like this. The dimoKKKRATS are trying to split the vote.

Why should he be allowed to run again when he’s being recalled?
This is disturbing. Conservative CA friend was complaining that names on recall ballot were not in alphabetical border, at least finding Elder in top half of FIRST column.
So is there a reasonable explanation that the ballot pict in OP, and the post that I'm responding to, both indicate Elder listed once on ballot but in various places depending on ballot, possibly precinct?
Or did Republicans get decoy ballot versions, Democrats the official version?
I’m voting for Kevin Kiley. He’s very strong on K-12 and college students in CA and their interests—my #1 issue.
There are 100 ways to cheat with the dominion type systems. And the democrats use everyone of them. Very unlikely that Newsome will not be declared the winner.
Re the postman’s hack - every county designs their own ballot, that one county the twitter user is from did it that way, the other counties did not. And even for that county, there’s multiple versions of the ballot, so it would be pretty random if that was a yes or a no vote.
Re Larry Elder being through the fold - on mine he’s at the bottom, I’m sure there’s at least 6-10 versions in Lake County, and one version has Larry Elder on the fold. Doubt it prevents you from voting for him.
Different by county I guess.
