I feel like a hostage in my own country. Old white men like me are the most persecuted, vilified, ill treated, demographic in the country. America is gone. No leadership, no honor, no law and order, no constitution, and the only thing that is holding anything together is Christian hope and love and charity and when the Holy Spririt catches the last train for the coast it will become hell on earth.
I’m worried about our troops. They will be the last ones out of there.
It’s not gonna be pretty.
The only way I can see they can get out is to have the Taliban give them escorted passage to the airport.
And so far, the Taliban has said no to that.
I don’t understand why any Americans are still in Afghanistan. They should have been streaming out the day we closed Bagram AF Base.
I don’t have much sympathy for those that decided to take a chance in this hell hole.

interesting issue: Senate is split 50-50, so if Harris becomes Prez, there’s no tie breaker AND the Constitution requires a majority of the Senate to agree to appoint a new VP, thus the GOP could prevent a new VP from being appointed, and therefore prevent the Dems from getting a Senate majority for any future part of their destroy-America agenda ...
Why can’t we have attack helicopters, or 130 gunships in the air covering and escorting transport trucks picking our people up? First Taliban attack, and they are dead, I think they would get the message. I no nothing about war but this seems logical.
A lot of them were dead before election day.

Maybe Afghan pilots flew them to neighboring countries for sale to the terrorists there.
Of course, it requires that Harris go along with what the party tells her to do, and there is a fair chance that she will simply refuse. This is her big chance! First female president!
