Family member needs a religious exemption/waiver for work. Employer mandating all employees--even remote workers-- get the jab.
Does anyone have links, suggestions, or examples of successful waivers? It would be very much appreciated!
was reading something the other day, for sure, dont fill out a form letter, where you put your name in and sign in... but re-write the whole thing in your own hand and your own words and make it be your belief on this, not signing on to somebody elses.

I have read that all three rely on MRC-5 which contains aborted fetal cells and other DNA. This was based on a printout from www.Facebook.com/Holistology.
There was a thread early about the Catholic priests are saying it is better not to be vaccinated perhaps there in information from there.

The employer is claiming only the J&J uses aborted fetal cells, so if a person is pro-life, they can simply get one of the other products.
I called the local Right to Life group and was told that regardless, the MRNA and PFE products were tested on aborted fetal cell lines, but I am not sure I can find specific data to support that...

My professional experience is most normal employers aren't tracking vaccines etc...it's still on the honor system. However, I've heard that in a few cases where they are asking, they will accommodate "religious exemptions" but require the employee to mask-up.
Good companies will NOT start a fight with employees: the labor market is tight, good workers are hard to find, and nobody wants a PR donnybrook nowadays. Jackwagon private sector, non-healthcare or educational employers mandating that employees vaxx up without exception, are still in the minority (though bigger corporations seem to be going full vaxx).
Now, yes, of course....the mask is nonsense. And my body, my choice. But many employers are in States or industries where there ARE mandates and it's not "guidance." So it's often not the case, that senior management are all Fauci Fans. But they have a business to run, they have to make customers and employees happy, and have been handed a lousy hand.
If a reasonable employer offers me a religious exemption but forced masking, i.e. they ask me to "play ball," and I've been treated swimmingly, I'll play ball. After all, HR reps talk, and if I burn bridges calling senior management names on my way out the door, I'll either have to work for myself or live in a van down by the river. Reputation is hard-fought, but easy to lose.
If my employer ever mandated it, I would tell him I refuse to have anything to do with an aborted baby and here is my 2 weeks notice.
I just contacted a few attorneys to help me out in San Francisco. A new mandate begins Aug 20 unless enjoined which would bar me from restaurants, bars and gyms.
I’ll post if I get a good attorney response.

Leave job—no income as it is not a firing...stay and either get a waiver or get vaxxed.
The CEO and his group of pro-vaccine dictators have explicitly stated only J&J have used aborted stem cells so pro-lifers can simply chose MRNA or PFE...
So I don’t know if the material I can find will even move the needle on this issue—would have to be a strong source...
However, if MRNA and PFE are being tested on aborted fetal cells, that could be an argument.

I believe the family member is looking~and likely there will be many others...but the employer has worked it out so it is not a firing—so no salary or benefits upon exit.
