It's not and it'll get shot down by the courts. (And most Democrats will be perfectly happy with this as the eviction moratorium has become a thorn in their side. There's just no more arguable reason for it.)
Good question. How can the CDC issue orders affecting landlord tenant relations? Will there be a court challenge, I wonder, and does it matter because the Regime has decreed and all of us are expected to comply.
It's not and the Supreme Court ruled that way but allowed it to continue anyway. Now they're doing it again. John Roberts is a clown overseeing a court of fools.
