So now what do they do since Dominion's CEO lied under oath in front of Congress?

Who has the escrow in AZ?

The whistleblower video established that their STATE has the password.

Not the county.
Not the vendor.

Does this explain the behavior of the AZ Sec-of-State?

Dominion outright refused to comply with the subpoena, saying in a letter that the request “violates (the company’s) constitutional rights and … exceeds the Legislature’s constitutional and statutory authority. Doing so would cause grave harm.”

Ultimate Hail Mary, right there. Hoping that the company’s position will land on a sympathetic ear in a court, somewhere.

Yes, we all have Constitutional rights, given to us by God, stipulated in the Bill of Rights. However, those rights go away when there exists “probable cause, supported by oath and affirmation, particularly describing the items to be seized and the place to be searched”.

Probable Cause being....that set of facts or circumstances that would lead a reasonable person to believe that a crime has been or is about to be committed and that they person in question is involved in a significant manner. Less than actual certainty but more than mere suspicion.

If the Arizona Senate and Cyber Ninjas, through the initial phase of the audit, can demonstrate “probable cause” Dominion doesn’t have a leg to stand on. They’re screwed.

What’ll be interesting is, if it goes that far, what they’ll do in desperation as far as tampering with evidence, who they’ll throw under the bus, who could/will be identified as part of the scheme, and how fast the company’s executives and other operatives will die in a plane crash-home invasion-car jacking-street robbery-commit suicide.

RE: A Dominion Whistleblower

I’m tired of anonymous sources. How do we know that this person is not fictitious?

GIVE THEIR NAMES !!

At least we had a Truck Driver named Jesse Morgan who claimed that he drove tens of thousands of pre-filled ballots from Bethpage, NY to Pennsylvania days before the November 2020 election.

I like this whistleblower to come out and similarly, give a SWORN testimony.

What happened to this guy and his database is the correct question

...what they’ll do in desperation as far as tampering with evidence...

In March, there were more than 37,000 anonymous administrative queries to access the 2020 election system. There is a small file which records this data and flooding it with this many queries wrote over the Election data

And right there…..the 37,000 inquiries…..help establish a pattern and probable cause.

One can hope that they might just think they’re too smart for their own good and their arrogance will be their demise. Strong emphasis on , Hope.

I was praying that conscientious Whistleblowers would come forward and expose this corruption wide open. Hopefully God will. Cause such disarray and chaos on the left that they start turning on one another in an effort to get leniency for their crimes

Many times in the Bible God sent a ‘spirit of confusion and anarchy into enemy camps, and they got confused and scared and fought and defeated themselves before Israel even got,there

May this happen with the whole corrupt swamp!

~~~
Okay, but how much does it influence judges when the DOJ is telegraphing their (activist) position on the issue?
