The Pennsylvania Department of State issued a directive prohibiting county election boards from cooperating with the Senate’s election audit.
According to the directive from the Secretary of State’s office:
▪️ Elections officials may not turn over election material to third parties.
▪️ Any equipment turned over to a third party cannot be used again in an election.
▪️ The state will not reimburse counties for the cost of replacement equipment.
The directive states:

These are the same hard-left politicians who changed the voting rules in Pennsylvania during the pandemic by executive order.
Texas and over 20 states sued Pennsylvania for violating the US Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions. But these states did not make the changes through the state legislatures as spelled out in the US Constitution. The US Supreme Court threw the case out and allowed this lawlessness of the states.
Pennsylvania has some funny stuff going on.

The right to audit an election is fundamental to the democratic process.
Without voter fraud they will never win another election.

I was going to say.....”waiting to here from the Secretary of the Commonwealth” on the issue and why she put out these directives.
But, it would appear that she resigned from the position and a replacement has not been appointed or elected. Interesting.

That state is about as messed up as Georgia. So much Red, all of it being outnumbered by Blue cities. Sad.
If the Commonwealth had an Electoral College system for Governor, Lt Gov, AG, SOS, there wouldn’t be a Democrat among them.
The oligarchy obviously went all in to thwart the will of the people in the 2020 election. It will be interesting to see what they will to do prevent the loss of Congress in the midterms.

Ignore the court. The constitution is very clear that legislators control the elections—period.

Thet are confident it will go all the way to PA Supreme Court and those corrupt partisan sleazebags will give them a favorable ruling.
No better or more obvious way to admit your guilt than to go full court press on hiding the evidence.
There is no longer a recourse for justice in this nation. It has been corrupted, top to bottom, by leftists.
