I can tell you this, if someone comes to my door uninvited not only will they be greeted by a couple of angry Rottweilers, my first line of defense out here in the country, but they will be looking down the wrong end of the barrels of a double barrel shotgun loaded with double-aught buckshot pointing at the no trespassing sign and a verbal warning to "get your ass moving if you don't want it shot off".
Where's he going to get the millions of canvasers needed to do this? How much of our already wasted tax dollars are going down the sh*t hole on another failed idea of the resident marxist?
What are these people going to do when they knock on the door and someone answers it? Make them aware that the vaccines are available? Your name would have to be Patrick and living under a rock at the bottom of Bikini Bottom to not know about the vaccines.
Or ask them do they want to get the vaccine right on the spot? One shot or two shotters? Are they hauling these vaccines around with them in sub-freezing containers to dispense them? What about the two shotters? Do they need to come back to that home again? Or rely on the patient to go get the second shot?
What about medical disclosures of the side effects and potential medical misadventures that can take place. Even death. Medical releases and authorizations? Hold harmless agreements?
Or will they tell them they will be held down and given the vaccine whether they like it or not? Behavior that the liberals tend to salivate over, especially if the resistors are Republicans.
Or will they make them appointments at a local clinic or drug store or whatever to get the vaccines later? What happens with all of the no-shows? Are they going to go back knocking on doors again?
You can see where this is going. The logistics is enormous and unwieldy. It will get out of hand almost immediately. Another off the cuff scheme by Joe the Dementia that will have unintended requirements and consequences of not-so-well-thought-out ideas by the Marxist Left.
He'll have to walk this directive back or have a massive backlash on his hands.
