Yeah, we’ve read his book. I fired my bro’s .300win mag once; just once. I was sore for a week. For long range stuff I like my Savage .22-250 with 4,000fps rounds. It’s sighted in at 500yds.

Sounds like a barrel-scorching load.
A friend of my brothers was talking about sneaking into range for a shot at some geese in his field. I asked what he was using. He said .22-250 and I just laughed. Sneak into range?
