The UK’s National Health Service has received new instructions from the government on how it should record Covid19 “cases”, separating those who are actually sick from those who just test positive.
From the beginning of the “pandemic” last spring, the NHS (and other countries all over the world) have defined a “case” as anyone who tests positive for the Sars-Cov-2 virus, regardless of whether or not they have symptoms.
Given that as many as 80% of those who have been infected have no symptoms, and the propensity for the flawed PCR tests to return false-positive results, this lead to likely massively inflated numbers of “cases”.
Now, though, the NHS is going to attempt to differentiate between patients who actually have the alleged disease “Covid19”, and those who are in hospital for other reasons and only “incidentally” tested positive for the virus...
Why would they do this? And why now?
Well, here’s what they claim [emphasis added]:

Well, you see, there are no good scientists involved in this scamdemic.
The CDC has done something similar. From now on it will only count breakthroughs that are hospitalized or die. Those testing positive or ill from Covid below death/hospitalization will not be counted.
It’s the only way they can make it look like the ‘vaccines’ work and hide the breakthroughs.
The CDC is weaponized and acting as the arm of the CCP.

Artificially inflate to gain control, correct to normal practices to make the current state look like incredible progress has been made.

Not only the hospitalization/death requirement but the PCR test must show a positive with 28 amplification cycles or less in order for a “vaccinated” persons PCR test to be considered positive. This is very different from the high number of amplifications that have been allowed in the past.
