Mike Eruzione of the 1980 U.S. hockey team isn’t holding back about his opinion about transgender Olympian Chelsea Wolfe’s goal of burning the American flag on the podium in at the Olympics in Tokyo.
Eruzione, also known as Rizzo, captured our hearts during the team’s “Miracle on Ice” clinching of the gold medal at the height of the Cold War.

Chelsea Wolfe is a lower form of life. The Biden Administration would welcome this, so I hope she ends up a pile of broken bones and doesn’t win anything except a life in traction.
I love Rizzo. I hope the alternate for the girls team never makes it to the actual games.
In my younger years if a guy couldn’t compete against other guys he would join the JV but still try to the best of his ability. This person was not good enough to compete so he went through the process of claiming to be a she and therefore be a more dominate player against other shes (still an alternate).
How hollow and insecure is a person to do this?

I agree, the coach drilled them until they puked and then ran them some more. Rubber legs dont win gold... They had to outlast thier opponants to win.
These “Americans” can defect to one of their ideal communist countries - they can stay in shape working in the fields of Cuba or Venezuela.
If anyone has about 30 minutes to spare, feel free to watch a quick documentary on the 1980 Miracle on Ice team. In this one, you will see our sports heroes, instead of the actors. It helps you understand what Rizzo is talking about when you see how much that one event shaped our country and gave us new hope.

Miracle (the movie) was great because it gave the background of the training that our guys went through, courtesy of Herb Brooks.
We made our kids watch both of these when they were young, so they knew something about the times that their parents and grandparents had gone through. They didn’t have to live through those times, but it helped them gain an understanding of those times.
