Boris Epshteyn, the Strategic Advisor on the Trump 2020 Campaign, joined Dr. Gina Loudon on Real America’s Voice on Monday.
During their discussion, Epstheyn weighed in on the current audit in Arizona and potential outcome after several state election audits expose massive fraud in the 2020 election. Epshteyn responded that the US Constitution does not prohibit Trump reinstatement, the matter has never been ruled upon.

Trump should be reinstated if these audits prove significant election fraud. From my perspective no way did Biden win over Trump. Anyone capable of critical thought knew it was bull sh*t from day one. And that’s why these Communist and their leftist stooges are squealing like pigs over the Arizona forensic audit.

The Constitution also does not permit President Trump's reinstatement as the matter has never been ruled on.
And therein lies the rub: the US Supreme Court isn't going to take up a matter that isn't in conflict with the Constitution.
Therefore there is no Constitutional process by which a stolen election (and last November's election WAS IN FACT STOLEN!) can be reversed.
Short Version: We're eff'd until 2022 when we damn' well better take back the House & Senate to stop pResident Xiden and these whacked out progressive retards dead in their tracks.

Once Congress approved the election results, the election was over and done with. Even if states ‘de-certify’ their elections, it’s over. The Electors were selected and voted. No backsies.
That is one of the reasons some of us despise Mike Pence.
The Constitution provides for the removal of the president and the succession of the office. Remove Biden, you get Harris. Remove Harris you get Pelosi. Remove Pelosi you get Biden’s Secretary of State, whoever the hell that is. At this point it is deep state all the way down. I am not sure why people are are even allowing this sort of delusion to influence them. This isn’t ‘Eyoreing,’ it is simply the truth.
The Founders never imagined that we would allow things to get this bad. (That is eyoreing...) The best we can hope for is for some swing states to better secure their elections.
I could not say what he knows, I would hope he did but stranger things have happened.

There is no way in hell the constitution is written or intended to protect a fraud at the ballot box.

When you get right down to it, the second amendment is meant precisely for this in case of tyranny...which this is. It’s a communist international overthrow of the government by fraud. That isn’t protected.
Faulty reasoning bordering on asinine. The Constitution explicitly lays out the election process and the order of succession.
To say that the Constitution doesn’t prohibit the reinstatement of a president and therefore allows it is just inane.
There can be no valid President in the four years after noon Inauguration Day 2021 short of a Constitutional Convention because so many of the elections were not conducted in the manner specified by state legislators.
Even if enough votes were found, Trump would be every bit not entitled to the Presidency as Joe Biden. Congress can’t fix the election at this point. It was up to Pence and Pence refused to sort things out despite the clamor of thousands on the streets of DC on January 6th.
Come January 20th, 2023, the serving members of the US military can not legally be paid.
Backsies is for a child’s board game. A fraud doesn’t remain in force. It may take more, but if it is fraud the beneficiaries have to be ejected.
Make that can not legally be paid by the federal government.
State governments might be able to pay them.
This Republic is so jacked up and many of the ones running it on both sides are frankly insane and crooked to the core I do not see how the machine can be set right again...I like President Trump,donated to his campaign but something hasn’t felt right with his possible return to Politics as he made a comment about half way thru his first term that bothered me when he said paraphrasing “When the nation crashes I won’t be around” when asked about the National Debt..I have a growing sense he will not run again as I think he realizes the whole thing is going to implode and nothing he could do would fix it.
As far as I know, this has never happened. The founders never suspected it would happen.
If that much fraud is proven, Biden is not President no matter what. You can’t impeach an imposter. Kick his azz out and install the real President. If that much fraud is proven, more than half of Congress needs to be removed and in prison.
It will get interesting because I suspect that the AZ audit and any audit done in any other state will prove that President Trump is President. Screw Congress. Obviously they think the election might be overturned due to their cheating because they are fighting the audits so hard. Does anybody at this point think Democrats really care about being caught if they thought it couldn’t be overturned?
Just because something has never happened doesn’t mean there can’t be a first time. President Trump will NOT let this go. He’s not a go along to get along guy.
