Appearing Wednesday on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Human Rights Campaign president Alphonso David announced the organization will sue the state of Florida after Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) signed legislation designed to protect women’s sports.
A transcript is as follows:
MIKA BRZEZINSKI: Let’s talk about a lawsuit. State of Florida. What’s going on?
ALPHONSO DAVID: Yesterday, Governor DeSantis signed a bill into law that would ban transgender female athletes from participating in sports consistent with their gender identity. Now, you would ask, “why is he doing this?” He’s doing this for political gain. All of the medical associations, American Medical Association, American Psychological Association, they all oppose these bills. It’s not based on science. And yet, he’s advancing this bill and now signed this bill, which is blatantly unlawful, it’s arbitrary, and based on bias. So we’re suing him and bringing the state of Florida to court.

It seems like we are having many violations of our rights and they keep coming with this administration.
They look like fools pursuing this.
So in other words he is suing to destroy womens sports but the Marxist media is saying the opposite. So what they are trying to tell us is that any woman would have a fair shot at beating 6’4” tall “Caitlyn” Bruce Jenner who won the Gold medal in the Decathalon in 1976 if he were 20 years old again but this time dress as a woman. Yeah OK.
Then maybe they shouldn't be in the medical biz.

If any of these above groups are backing the concept of males pretending to be females makes them actually a female, then the last thing they are backing is Science. If any medical practitioner believes that a transgender male is really a female and they can prove that scientifically, I would like to hear the basis for such an assumption.
Where are the transgender male’s ovaries, real breasts, real female nether regions, and where is the ability to biologically create a baby in the womb. If any doctor in the medical field believes this, then their licenses to practice medicine should instantly be revoked. The last thing they are following is Science.
The fundamental human rights of one group are not expendable for the benefit of the human rights of another group. Girls must not be punished because some men want to be treated as girls. IOW the category of girls can not be expanded to include those who are not girls if girls are to remain girls. Let those men who want to be girls be accumulated in their own category, wannabe girls.

DeSantis stays on message like a smiling honey badger.
He and his surrogates never use or write the words “transexual girls” etc.
He just sticks to “It’s not fair for biological males to compete against biological females.”
And his “we believe in biology, not ideology,” is a winner.
Why more women and feminists aren’t protesting the hell out of this transgender crap continues to baffle me. They are by far more affected by this than men.
Indulging transvestites fantasies is more “human” to these clowns than protecting women’s rights. Transvestites = “more human” than women.
Fine. Let them sue.
And yet it is scientific for a man to claim he is a woman?! No, that is delusion and mental illness.
