A 28-year-old man was shot and killed by a man riding an e-bike in Manhattan Sunday morning, cops and police sources said. The victim was in a parked car at 2253 Third Avenue in East Harlem around 11 a.m. when the suspect on a red and black e-bike shot him, the sources said.
A clerk at a discount store near the shooting scene heard the rapid gunfire and walked out to see the victim struggling to take his last breaths.
“I heard the shots. Boom! Boom! Boom! Maybe six,” said the clerk.
Hours after the shooting woman-led community members and loved ones in reciting the Lord’s Prayer at the scene.
“Rest in Peace,” the woman said. The same people that use BLM as an excuse to attack people and riot used this situation again and started riots.
The situation got out of control as the police arrived to respond to the shooting but an angry mob attacked the police and the scenes reminded of a new civil war.
A bystander was able to capture some of the scenes.

The police were unable to react and were prevented from entering the neighborhood.
The media and the democrats were trying to incite racial hatred to get rid of Trump. That worked but now they can’t put the genie back in the bottle. You reap what you sow.
The video above is just another reason why people who can are fleeing NYC as fast as they can. They don’t seem to want any police protection…they should be given their wish. Wall it off & let it burn.
Police should just stop responding in areas like this. Eventually, attrition will calm them down.
It appears that is becoming the only option at this point.
I completely oppose federal law enforcement. DOJ? FBI? BATF? I’d like them defunded because they are all corrupted.
I much prefer local law enforcement. However, if defunding at that level becomes a trend and neighborhood cops just “disappear”, then I think we are down to vigilante justice. And, frankly, I can see that working OK too. But the BLM people wouldn’t like it.
So they’d rather just let people die and the murderer get away with it?
Fine.
Let them have what they want.
Too bad the police didn’t just turn around and leave.
NOBODY should be required to submit themselves to such treatment as part of their job.
And the ferals really know how to soil their nest. Who’s going to come in and clean up that pig sty they are making of their streets?

Build a wall around it, and stop paying them not to work.
Time for the governor or mayor to use military (National guard) to clean it up and make it stop. They don’t seem to want to. Trump tried and was told no they would handle it. Don’t look like it.
Vigilante justice is widely condemned but without law enforcement and a non-corrupt judicial system, it’s the only option.
The other result would be total anarchy and that is NOT an option.
If or when the police cannot or will not get to an area of your city someone or some group will step forward to take their place. Those that replace your police will not be trained in law enforcement nor will they follow any sort of code of conduct, they will follow their own set of rules; the law of the street. These people will become judge, jury and executioner and death will most likely be the penalty for most crimes. Go ahead, defund or remove the police and see what’s it like.
It took years for a certain word to fall out of usage among whites but by the time I reached adulthood it mostly had.
With all this race radical Marxism inspired crap going on I’m going to predict the word is gonna make a come back. Probably starting in the North and West before working it’s way South East.
