I almost never watch or recommend anything on Pinko Broadcasting but I just wanted to remind all FReepers of the National Memorial Day Concert a 8 PM Eastern time tonight -- in about 15 minutes.
Sigh. I know what you mean, and I cannot bring myself to watch. It is the scum they have sponsoring it, running it, and being the conductors of ceremonies.
They are people who hate the military, and use every opportunity to push woke BS.
I personally cannot watch it, but I most certainly appreciate your sentiment.

Gary Sinise is very pro-military and I believe Joe Mantegna is too.
I am a big admirer of Gary Sinese and give to his charity, don’t know Joe Montania.
Gary Sinese can swim in the water with those scumbags and does, because I suspect he sees his participation as a positive, but I doubt he has anything major to do with the programming.
I don’t in any way judge others for watching, I just can’t convince myself to do so.
I know some people don’t have any problem as long as someone like Gary Sinese is the face of it, but I see the logistical and organizational tail behind it.

I admire Gary Sinese greatly, and one of the most flattering compliments in my life was paid to me by an older tourist couple who were visiting the Capitol walked by when I was holding a sign outside the White House supporting the troops and they thought I was Gary Sinese!
I had to laugh, because I don’t think I look ANYTHING like him, but to even be compared physically to him really puffed me up. I am certainly not immune to flattery.
