Biden ATF Nominee Shocks When Asked If 'Law-Abiding' Gun Owners Are a Threat
Conservative Brief ^ | 5/26 | Martin Walsh

David Chipman, who was selected by Joe Biden to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, made a slew of terrifying comments about how he would lead the agency.

During his confirmation hearing Wednesday before the Senate, Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz got Chipman to admit that he supports a ban on one of the most popular guns sold in the United States.

“With respect to the AR-15, I support a ban, as has been presented in a Senate bill and supported by the president,” David Chipman told Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz.

Then, later in the hearing, Chipman -- who has served as an adviser to gun control groups -- caught many off-guard when he seemed to suggest that "law-abiding" gun owners could be a threat.

this life long Georgian says thanks Georgia Republicans who stayed home during the Senate runoffs. You have come close to destroying our country.

Senators don’t pick ATF nominees. You need to thank your GA Senators, Perdue and Loeffler, who both certified the stolen election and disenfranchised us all.

That IS Chipman as a junior G-Man BATF “agent” with fully automatic weapon in his right hand— standing in front of the burnt rubble that was the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Tx.

All they had to do to get David Koresh, was organize a simple yet sophisticated euro style van “snatch” from the roadside when he went into town. They burned down the whole place— and the idiots like Koresh helped them burn it in response (should be noted, and the psych work up on him said he would do this as a armageddon whacko), and children and mothers were burned alive. The forensics follow up was horrific.

This is who Chipman IS. Circulate the photo- macho punk liar and a@@hole who cannot TAKE his Oath and take office, not under any Constitutional clause in it. But he has already violated his oath of office by what he has done.

Looks a lot like the “US govt official” at the drug lord’s mansion in “Scarface” with Al Pacino as Tony Montana. The staring eyed smug dude introduced as “helping us with the US DEA”. Believe it— there is a clear way the dope gets in the US, and the gun running is conducted by all kinds of extra judiciary and “governmental” opportunists. Three letter agency types with visions of “coups” in and out of our country.

I am sure a number of trusting gun owners would get themselves into a bind when (if) employers and businesses started doing that but once word got around I believe lips would start getting real tight.

As for me, I identify as vaccinated and unarmed. Those are my pronouns. I can’t help it if I wasn’t born that way.

With all of the rhetoric out there regarding the 2nd Amendment, it appears that that the Government is afraid of its original intent.

I saw pictures of the children. If there is any justice, every FBI Agent,[in spite of what Sean Hannidity says] will spend eternity burning in Hell.

I’m of two minds. First, yeah, it’s pretty insulting.

Second though, they SHOULD be afraid. Very afraid. I think that fear is the entire driver behind this plandemic.

Why would any gun owner with a functioning brain cell answer that question from those people? Or from any other people?

They lie. We lie. It's a deal.

The Government folks who will ask you that question will already know the answer. They will be looking for a denial which they can use to prosecute you under some obscure regulation that you never heard of.

They will also provide lists of suspected trouble-makers to the corporations who may ask the same questions. The corporations will gladly enforce policies which the Government "requests".

Government officials will buy those lists from other corporations who use data mining systems to profile your purchasing habits and political affiliations.

This stuff (the purchased lists) is already common practice in police investigations. It has a great many other uses.

All very true. When the men with guns come to "ask" it's past time to worry about answering questions anyway. Until then people who ask questions should get this kind of response ...

I don't answer questions video 1:06

That's from an Australian TV show but it shows the essence of implementing the 4th Amendment. It should work for non-governmental busybodies too.

I don’t have faith in Roberts himself, but I do think Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett will defend the Second Amendment. Roberts will probably sign on if he can limited the scope of the ruling.

President Trump’s picks will prove to be faithful friends on this issue. The left will overstep and they will pay the price for doing so in the form of precedents that will hamstring their control efforts for decades to come. This is a new court - a better court - and we got Heller, Heller II, McDonald, and others from the old one. Progress will be made to restoring our rights.

but when it comes to getting lined up to prevent their opponents from winning, Dems are leagues smarter than Republicans. There is no purity test in their party, where if someone isn’t absolutely perfect they stay home; only Republicans are that damned stupid.

Yes, the 'rats always march in lockstep together. The problem is that republican elected officials do not, which is why they don't pass a purity test. 'Rat voters know the if they vote for a 'rat, the 'rat will vote to pass whatever the party wants. Thus, they don't have to worry about a purity test. Too many republican legislators vote with the other side.

One of my senators from Texas John Cornyn Cornhole has just proposed taxing truckers $0.25 per mile to pay for road repair. that is the kind of economy-crippling BS that should come from the 'rats. I held my nose and voted for Cornhole last year, but he is turning out to be as bad as the motorcycle riding 'rat woman he defeated.

And we hear them speak the FEAR everyday— the “repub” response to the continuing aggressive “progressive” Statists who march on with increasing controls, laws to be violated, regulations that are not laws which are implemented as laws— grinding down the citizenry, and installing non-citizens as a source of both labor and finance. This is Statism, in whatever form Fascist/Communist... neo-Socialist. Deep analysis finds it in the roots of German Socialism. Hillary Clinton is a German Merkel Socialist at a minimum. Biden is a German Socialist corruptocrat on the payroll of the Communist Chinese regime. A puppet. And the puppeteer lives in DC when he isn’t in Hawaii or trying to build a legacy library in Chicago mobsterville.

They are everywhere in our government- self serving apparatchiks who want to rule us. As Reagan said- ‘only one generation away from disappearing”. So, we must fight with our Constitution as a guide. Not their interpretation of it.

That they did for sure, even after hugging and kissing on Trump during their runoff elections.
