Police in North Carolina has arrested a woman who was in a car that was stopped by BLM rioters in the street in Elizabeth City. She’s charged with two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill & more. She may face hate crime charges too.
Lisa Michelle O’Quinn, 41, was charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill by use of a motor vehicle, one count of careless and reckless conduct and one count of unsafe movement, Elizabeth City Police said in a news release. Investigators said they were still determining if the incident was a hate crime.
Multiple videos surfaced on social media this morning and in one of them, Lisa who is driving a white Sedan is stopped by a BLM mob. She tries to drive away from the rioters but one of them blocks the road with his bike.’

They even doxed the officer’s private information online!
The Elizabeth City Police Department said in a statement that Lisa Michelle O’Quinn, 41, drove her vehicle into two 42-year-old women who were “peacefully protesting and exercising their constitutional rights” on Monday evening.

Was this woman’s arrest justified?
Because with the rise of so-called anti-protest laws which protect the drivers in these situations, this becomes a bigger story to see how this is dealt with.
Prosecutors charged O’Quinn with two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill by the use of a motor vehicle, one count of careless and reckless conduct, and one count of unsafe movement.
Police said they were investigating the incident as a potential hate crime involving aggravating factors that may lead to a longer sentence for O’Quinn if she is convicted.
O’Quinn was being held in jail on a $40,000 bond. Her first court appearance is scheduled for tomorrow.
In the wake of last year’s Black Lives Matter protests, Republican lawmakers are advancing a number of new anti-protest measures at the state level — including multiple bills that specifically make it easier for drivers to run down protesters.
Under the new law, the driver will no longer be liable for striking — or even killing — a person if the driver is “fleeing from a riot … under a reasonable belief that fleeing was necessary to protect the motor vehicle operator from serious injury or death.”
The measure also creates new penalties for protesters who obstruct streets or vehicle traffic, including hefty fines of up to $5,000 and as much as a year in jail.
The left wants to eliminate Whitey. Is this more proof?
“I am well aware of the case of Reginald Denny and was afraid for my life. I will say no more until my lawyer is present.”
What about her Constitutional right rights? Are peaceful protesters allowed to block your rights?
Cw2 has started
The woman who rolled off the car looked an awful lot like an NBA player drawing a foul...
I wonder why they never EVER show what percentage of black vote Trump got?
The “Prosecutors” in this incident need a beat down. That woman did everything she could to avoid the people trying to box her in. They ASSAULTED her... Not the other way around.
That is because they are political prisoners reminisce of Russia and China that Xiden is beholden.
When prosecutors are elected by worldly mobs, they have to cater to the mob.
Perfect!
“She tries to drive away from the rioters but one of them blocks the road with his bike.’”

“The mob accused the police officer of not doing his job because he didn’t arrest her immediately:”
I too accuse the police officer of not doing his job because he didnt arrest the person blocking the road with his bike.
If you view the third twitter link in the article, she clearly decided to drive into the protest. It didn’t appear to me she was in any immediate danger at the intersection. I didn’t see any clubs, etc in the protesters hands. I think she just decided she didn’t want to be inconvenienced.
The 3rd video link was the one I was referring to.
She was being herded by people who had no right to block her travel. They were illegally blocking traffic.
Period.
You put yourself in that situation and I don’t give rats patoot what happens to you...
Yes, it was a hate crime but the ahats in the street were hating on her.
She just needs to claim she was scared for her life. It doesn’t look like she hurt anyone. They weren’t legally crossing the street.
Bowling for rioters should be legal.
The video of the assault is missing. I did not see an assault.
If there is no parade permit the cops can show the vehicle drivers, then there is no ‘protest’ if rioters block the streets. I know that from a protest I organized over a decade ago - we all stayed on the sidewalks, and no problems.
If the town didn’t issue a parade permit to occupy the street, then it isn’t a ‘protest’.
I agree people shouldn't block traffic. She should have stayed put, turned left or even backed up. There was room to get around the truck behind her. Turning right into a crowd when there were other options was just plain dumb.
If I stop, it will be to re-load one of my several legal guns.
If I shoot out my initial loads, the bodies will be piled too high to drive over, around or through.
Beating on my window, I fear for my life, and I don't even know how to fire a "warning shot" unless it is in the 9 ring instead of the center.
After the initial skirmish, and I've reloaded, I may, as the left often requests, shoot a coupla knee caps {just until the police arrive to protect me}.
If I'm ever, {and I hope it never happens} in that situation, I will not hesitate to take the action required to save my life.
I'm not a hero and I was a medic in the Army and saw, up close and personal, what high powered rounds do to the human body, and you can never forget the sights, sounds and smells of ripped flesh, screams of agony the smells are the worst.
Don't want to, but I would.
