My daughter was a manager for a Noodles and Co restaurant. She got so sick of employees who simply don’t show up, on weekends especially. She never got a day off for months and finally got a better job somewhere else.
Millenials are especially poor in work ethics. Robots are an up and coming solution. They don’t call in sick because they are hung over or just don’t feel like coming in.
This would give the delivery robots more jobs, and perhaps the robots will feel more generous and caring towards the homeless.
They can easily program a robot with virtue-signaling capabilities, such that when it detects a black homeless person, it gives a programmed message of encouragement

Robots need to be more human and exercise generosity so they can fit in with the Socialist Utopia.
