One of Joe Biden’s first orders of business was to make sure demented, perverted men could be allowed to share shower spaces with women.
Biden signed an executive order in January titled, “Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.”
"Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports.” Biden’s order said.
One Christian college in Missouri filed a lawsuit against Joe Biden claiming the overreach was victimizing women, girls and people of faith.
The College of the Ozarks sued Joe Biden and the Department of Housing and Urban and Development last month, arguing the US government cannot force a private religious school to put men and women into the same dorms.
An Obama appointed federal judge this week ruled against the Christian college and said they must allow biological males to share dorms and showers with women.

First, how can an executive order be enforced on private institutions? I thought they were limited to only executive branch actions that are authorized by a law passed by Congress?
Two, how does a judge justify extending the authority of executive orders to ordinary citizens? Where is the line between "necessary and proper" executive execution of the law, and despotic ordering of private citizens to comply with an edict?

There are innumerable regulations for bathrooms and showers. Everything currently installed is designed to meet those regulations while taking minimum floor space. The building I worked at for my final job had numerous urinals. The building had a handful of women and there was never a line at the woman’s restrooms because there were so few women. Also, they could go to the restroom whenever they wanted. Suddenly, most of the urinals were removed, leading to long lines at breaks. Why? Because the governor’s wife went to a stadium event and there were long lines at the women’s restrooms so she used a man’s restroom. It caused a huge bruhaha. So, Florida wrote something called “the poty parity law.” To make access fair, ratios were set up. If a man had a urinal, then the women had to have a full sit-down stall. For industrial buildings with plumbing in the floor and few women, the end result was that they got rid of most of the urinals. A lot of us would go outside and water bushes as going inside during a floor break was a lengthy process, taking up time employees would rather use socializing, eating or smoking.
My point is, you can’t just redesign a bathroom any way you want. You must comply with federal, state and local restrictions.
I’m afraid the answer is to cancel women’s sports, or have them shower at home. Mostly, I think the trans movement will eliminate women’s sports entirely.
I have, over the years, met a few trans people. Mostly when I had a business dealing with the art community in the artsy section of St. Pete. They were the most messed up, unhappy people I have ever met. (I sat here trying to write a sentence that got across the full flavor of what I witnessed and that was the best I could do. But when I say messed up, I mean nasty, angry, unpleasant, and bitter. I think that says it a bit better. If I was a trans person, I’d seek help rather than go on hating myself that much.)
When I googled the judge, the google page had her listed as a Republican, although the picture looked like it came from wiki. When I went to her wiki biography the text had her as a Democrat.
It looks like maybe it’s google that is messing around.

Ask any normal 17 year old girl if they want to shower with boys. The overwhelming answer is NO. Young girls are just coming to grips with womanhood, and are more often than not uncertain of the changes. I can't imagine putting them in a more stressful situation than showering with classmates.

No one is denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports. He lies. They are denied access to the wrong one.
This is all about eliminating religion from the USA. They think that it’s religion that wants men and women in separate facilities. It’s not religion, exclusively. It’s common decency.
