I looked at the clip of him mangling the so-called "joke" that he tried to tell to the military people sitting there. Then, I clicked on the video of Reagan telling the same "joke".

Not only did Reagan get the joke right; but, what really struck me was how much healthier he looked than Biden looks. And, at the time, Reagan was around Biden's age. The difference was really evident. The "Gipper" being so much more energetic and lively.
