I have been thinking, I wonder if he isn’t given high doses of steroids when they need him to over perform. His face was very “tight” and he was extremely lucid for Joe, also the aggressiveness is a typical symptom.
You could be on to something. His pupiless eyes has me baffled though. Look at his eyes when he was VP. They were clear as day. Now, black and souless. Something is up.

I went to Wikipedia to see if it had anything. It claimed no video of the Shoe Banging event was made . I’m thinking ‘Who am I going to believe. Wikipedia or my lying eyes?’
I just did a google search for “nikita shoe gif” and voila.....could be fake but looks pretty real to me. Also, looking at the timing of Nikki’s banging, I think that is where Queen got its idea for the song “We Will We Will Rock You”, changed a bit from Nikki’s “We will bury you.”
