Pennsylvania Judge Delivers Huge Ruling on Scanning Republican Ballots
Conservative Brief ^ | 5/18 | Martin Walsh

Officials are claiming that Pennsylvania county is experiencing issues scanning Republican ballots during local elections and primary races.

“Chris Varney, Judge of Elections says they were initially under the impression that it was a problem with all ballots, but then determined it was only a problem with Republican ballots,” local news reported.

The election official was unaware how many other precincts were experiencing the same issue, but noted it was occurring in numerous locations across Fayette County.

The Fayette County Bureau of Elections confirmed the reports of precincts across the county rendered unable to scan ballots.

Maybe the ballots don’t read Russian?

Just the Republican ballots? How convenient.

And if anyone was to look, did this occur last November as well?

This is too easy. “Don’t bother with those, they don’t help our cause.” It’s hard to even refer to this as an “election”. It’s been anything but that.

The way I read this is NOT a “Ruling”, but an observation that Republican ballots are REJECTED by the machine.

When one stops to think this through, logically, ....

WTF!!!

Different shape? Discard if ‘R’?

How long has this been known?

This is weird — a trick title maybe? It says that a “judge delivers a ruling”. I didn’t see that.

The judge is just a county “Judge Of Elections” — an elections official, not an actual judge who can make a ruling. He didn’t “rule” that ballots can’t be scanned, i.e. forbid it. He stated the fact that GOP ballots aren’t able to be scanned.

(Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s how I read it.”

Primary elections for municipal elections in PA. Two very important constitutional amendments on the ballot limiting the governors emergency powers.

1. Would allow a majority in the legislature to end emergency order. Currently the governor can veto that bill and would require 2/3 to override veto.

2. Would automatically end emergency after 21 days unless it was concurred by the legislature.

Get rid of all these machines. Keep is simple. Paper ballots and hand counts. It’s worked for hundreds of years

Anyone still imagining that there will be a remotely fair election in 2022, much less 2024?

The fact that the problems were with Republican ballots only in PA correlates with the findings in Georgia that Republican district ballots were printed to fail the optical scanning process and require “adjudication” by a Democrat Party official. The PA ballots need to be examined for similar intentional tampering. High adjudication rates is clear evidence of this national fraud.

today-—PA primary [Fayette County]...so far...

story is “evolving.”

“The Fayette County Bureau of Elections has confirmed that precincts across the county are having issues with machines not scanning bar codes on all ballots, for both Republicans and Democrats.”
