JOKE: NYT Makes Pathetic Attempt to Save Biden’s Disastrous Economic Image

The New York Times attempted to save President Joe Biden’s political image after a string of abysmal economic news plagued the administration recently.

The Times spun attention away from the gas shortages, spiking inflation and atrocious April jobs growth in a story headlined, “Amid Economic Turmoil, Biden Stays Focused on Longer Term.” The sub-headline was just as insulting to Americans already experiencing the disastrous effects of Biden’s economic policies: “The president’s advisers are pushing their most detailed argument yet for the long-term benefits of a $4 trillion agenda to remake the American economy.” Times White House correspondent Jim Tankersley and Times congressional correspondent Nicholas Fandos twisted the bad economic news to protect Biden. Specifically, the authors said Biden was “focusing on long-term ingredients of economic growth and equality as the current recovery from recession showed signs of distress.”

Tankersley and Fandos propagandized Biden’s multitrillion-dollar agenda as a “deeper economic backbone,” despite the fact that the economy is currently reeling from inflationary pressures.

The problem is that 4 trillion isn’t going to long-tern assets, it’s going to individuals to spend at they want. Once it’s spent, it’s gone.

Biden’s administration has some tactics for dealing with the economic problems and other problems.

First, if things work after the administration issues a policy, take full credit and let the whole world know it.

Second, if things work from the leftover Trump administration policies, take credit for it and go on TV and spin how the administration made things work even after the disastrous Trump policies.

Third, if things don’t work at all, BLAME the Trump administration. Blaming Trump is their most used tactic, since nothing the Biden administration does seems to work.

This is actually the exactly a copy of Soviet Propaganda.
“Yes, we are starving now due to temporarily shortages, but in long term, we will be great!”
It worked for a while! Eventually people figured out that the shortages are permanent and in the long term it is going nowhere!

... the long-term benefits of a $4 trillion agenda to remake the American economy.

Raging inflation will do a good job at 'remaking the American Economy!' Short term and long term, it will be a bust and then our income will be like Venezuela, a warning that the LEFT cannot see!

Just waiting to see how they will start the retirement & pension 'replacement' with government bonds. See how we balanced the budget?
