TYRANNY! Delta Air Lines Caves to Media, Mandates ‘COVID-19 Vaccines’ for New Hires: Report

The media have embraced a dystopian vision by encouraging businesses to mandate vaccines as a prerequisite for employment. The woke company Delta Air Lines has reportedly caved to anti-freedom and un-American pressure from the left.

Business Insider reported that Delta Air Lines “will mandate COVID-19 vaccines for new hires.” In addition, “the company may stop current staff members from working on international flights if they refuse a vaccine, its CEO [Ed Bastian] said.” Bastian reportedly told CNN May 13 that “‘[a]ny person joining Delta in the future, a future employee, we're going to mandate they be vaccinated before they can sign up with the company.’" Delta’s decision followed weeks of a cacophony of media outlets propping up the idea that businesses either should or could force prospective employees to disclose their private medical histories as a condition of employment.

We need to fly other airlines. Simple as that.

Otherwise, if Delta's business does not suffer, other carriers will quickly follow suit.

A business has the right to do what they want in this regard- at least according to the idiot drug warriors ready to defend blood and urine drug testing both applicants and employees.

Then this must mean that Delta Airlines is assuming all of the risk for the vaccinations and can be sued if (when) complications arise ...

Right?

It’s already been ruled that if a vaccine is work required then any adverse reactions are work related and will be treated as on the job accidents.

Federal law prohibits mandating emergency use vaccines.

Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian needs to be removed from his position (and any position) in a corporation operating in the United States. Forcing experimental treatment on individuals was specifically addressed in the permissible experiments section of the Nuremberg Code in 1947. There are graves in our cemeteries of those who fought and died to stop Nazism and their murder of 12 million victims. To ignore this code is to spit on them and every decent human being on the planet. Ed Bastian self-identified as a Nazi when he stated that the airline will require all new hires to be required to get an experimental treatment.

Delta Air Lines needs to sanctioned and dissolved if necessary. At a minimum they cannot be allowed to operate in U.S. airspace. Their behavior is no different than the korporations who committed atrocities in Nazi Germany.

From the permissible experiments section of the Nuremberg Code in 1947 (http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/):

"The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:"

"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision."

"The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity."

"The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury."

"Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death."

"The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment."

"During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible."

Reigning in tyrannical government is only part of the effort. Reigning in the korporations supporting such a tyrannical government is another.

Great news. Only confirms my belief that Delta is a preferred airline.

Screw you Delta. You have zero jurisdiction over an individual. Tin horn punks.

Interesting question. If a prerequisite job requirement by a private company is an experimental vaccination, does a person who chooses not to be so vaccinated and cannot be hired by that company claim discriminatory status and seek relief in the courts. Most libertarians would aregue no. Yet if a government institution such as a state funded university were to make such a coercion mandatory or otherwise prevent a job or access to the institution, that same person very well may have a very good case in the courts. Thus far state run colleges and universities can and have required vaccination verifications before entering or being allowed to live in dormatories. The Courts have not prevented these policies. Yet mandatory vaccinations of a non FDA approved vaccine in a low risk population of young people might be going too far.

Unfortunately, most of the rest are just about as bad. In another life I flew with the airlines, now I avoid them unless there is no option.

Delta used to be a good, well respected airline, they went woke and are now in a competition with United and American to see who can be the most evil

If I were traveling on international flights I would likely chose a foreign carrier. Better service, employees who are not torqued off at the world and telling you how bad you are.

We are living in bizarre times, which will get much worse.

Pray for guidance.

An "American" court would throw it out in a heartbeat.

A compromised (puppet) court ignores the Constitution and does it's bidding for the (global) ruling class/deep state (puppeteers) who stuff their pockets.

IOW, they're just politicians(dems/reps)...with robes.

Well, that's been a general rule for decades - if only for the visual characteristics of the flight attendants. :)

Wokeness is just making that choice mandatory, regardless of how many miles one has accrued.

I may be forced to take Delta on two domestic business round-trips per year due to their route monopolies. But they will never get a penny of my discretionary spending.

Don't apply for a job at Delta and you won't subject yourself to tyranny. Problem solved.

On what grounds? Nobody is forcing you to get vaccinated and nobody is forcing you to apply for a job at Delta.

If you apply for a job at Delta then you got the vaccination on your own free will. Delta would have no liability. Any other complications after you are employed there would be covered by insurance just like any other medical issue.
