For an experimental vaccine?? Seems a lawsuit is coming.
It’s already been ruled that if a vaccine is work required then any adverse reactions are work related and will be treated as on the job accidents.
On what grounds? Nobody is forcing you to get vaccinated and nobody is forcing you to apply for a job at Delta.
“For an experimental vaccine?? Seems a lawsuit is coming.”
Hope so. It’s NOT an FDA approved treatment, and some have died from them. It would be the same as mandating injecting ground up crickets.
And you will lose that lawsuit.. bigly.
This is the actual text of the new question and answer on the OSHA website:
"If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?
If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related.
i.e. "You're gonna pay."
