Masks are not clothing. Masks have strictly health consequences. Still not sure that when push comes to shove that a store which has “public accommodation” can discriminate on a health matter.

I’ve seen plenty of masks laying in parking lots but it’s funny I’ve never seen a plastic straw. I hate these paper straws some of the restaurants are forcing on people.

They have some immunity for sure. We’ll see what happens next winter.

Certainly more immunity than the shots in play. If not, then it is just a thing we have to live with.

Yes it is enforceable. If the property asks you to leave for any reason and you refuse, you will rightfully be arrested for trespassing

Vaccine Passports Prolong Lockdowns
What looks like an easing of restrictions is actually a coercive scheme.

Nothing in the link you listed suggests it’s not allowed to require shoes, shirts, etc. did you even bother reading it? It simply says you can’t violate the civil rights act in race, sex, etc

I’d walk in there without a mask and tell them why they just lost my business

How about entering the store ringing a leper’s bell and loudly crying unclean stay back six feet.

See you think I am a proponent of people wearing masks. I am not. I don’t wear one. However, I prefer not to cause trouble and go to jail over something like a stupid ineffective mask.Your reality is not the reality of the world right now. You don’t want to wear a mask, fine don’t wear one. When someone snowflake calls the cops on you for not wearing one and you make national headline news like that old woman did in the bank, then you can tell me about reality. That is not fear btw. That is the reality that needs to be changed. But your reality is pure delusion. It isn’t the store owners that you have to worry about. its the Karen’s and the snowflakes that think they have authority to call the police that they want defunded to come and enforce their little teeny weeny bit of power. These are the capos of this age. And when you know what a capo is, you know you don’t fear the land lord, unless he was a capo, you watched out for the capo.

Oh vey! How delusional you are. I haven’t missed anything. It doesn’t matter who the owner fears. It is the wish of the private property owner wishes to be on his property. A business in most states choose to have masks worn or not. That is not fear of the government, there is no government gastapo coming to shut businesses down now that the mask mandate is purely a recommendation. I have seen a majority of businesses with mask signs up and some have taken them down. But there is always a Karen or two to tell people to raise their mask over their nose in those stores that have the signs up. It isn’t the business owner because most business owners really don’t care at this point. They care someone is in their store buying crap. And that s why you are delusional in your thinking. I missed the situation...bah! It is you that has to get out more. I do over 700 miles city driving and talking to all peoples around the city. I stop at a lot of businesses and homes. I have picked up nursing home employees back in February and March of last year. You think I am afraid. Man what a joke!

You call cotton rags that are sold as masks, have health consequences? Lol what a joke! You might as well be told you have to wear your underwear on your head its that effective. Oh and hope you cleaned your underwear because you will get pink eye. Not a single mask on the market for the general consumer is effective at stopping COVID. It’s a delusion perpetrated by demoncraps. A COVID virus is no bigger than 125 microns. The pores in most masks, including those blue ones, are bigger than 125 microns. If people ever read the side of the box of those blue “medical” masks, it tells you that it does not stop the spread of COVID. Keep believing those medical masks that are being sold stop the spread.

Masks are made out of the same thing your t-shirt is made out of. Some are a poly synthetic blend, others are just pure cotton. Not a single one will stop the spread of any disease much a lone COVID.

As far as vaccines go, I refuse to get one. IF they put it in the flu shot come October, I will refuse that too. I had a health care worker tell me they tested for Flu versus COVID. I asked how they did that since it was the same bug only one was mutated. She asked which one. Enough said with that health care worker.

They can do whatever and let the market decide.

Within their rights legally does not necessarily mean a prudent way to run a business.

My Wal-Mart (in Maryland) has a dezhurnaya in the entrance that will loudly remind you to put a mask on.

They can do it.

And customers can sue.

I really don’t think stores would enjoy the costs or discovery.

Our local Walmart only requires you to HAVE a face covering. I just pull it out of my pocket and show it to her as I walk in. She is actually there to count people.

If a store can require that you wear a shirt in order to enter, or where shoes in order to enter, then why can’t they require you to wear a mask in order to enter?

Interesting. So if I walk in mask less and an employee says something I can maliciously comply. I can ask for a mask, instructions on how to use it and where is the biohazard container for when I leave? That is a way to make them live up to their rules.

“About one-third of the Wal-Mart patrons in my nearest Wal-Mart here in Florida were not wearing masks on Saturday. No fuss was made.”

Ditto for here in eastern TN. Everyone just walks past the guard guy at the door wearing his diaper. We wave and say, “Hi!”, and he waves and says “Hi!” back.

Exactly. They can’t force you to wear a mask but they can refuse you service. Rightly or wrongly...

You can, and they won’t know what you’re talking about because the majority of small businesses are not familiar with OSHA regulations - yet. Grocery store chains, however, should be familiar with them.

Isn’t funny how we can go into the produce section and handle all the fruit and vegs with bare hands, but you better damn well be wearing that mask.
