It’s not getting much play right now, but Canada is an absolute mess. In some parts of the country, the tyrannical mitigation measures put in place by the government to supposedly combat COVID-19 are so bad that they’d make New York blush.
A dramatic new video has just been released by independent, conservative journalist Ezra Levant of Rebel News showing the arrest of a Christian pastor for “inciting” people to go to church. Apparently, a SWAT team was used to arrest him after he left his church service. The churchgoers had initially expelled the police from the church building, but they returned in force.
That led to this dramatic encounter, on what looks like a highway, where Pastor Artur Pawlowski and his brother were taken into custody.

The Calgary Police actually bragged about the arrest after it occurred, Levant reported.

This is absolutely insane. I’d say this is fascism, but it’s also something you’d expect to see in communist China. Let’s just settle on the fact that it’s tyranny — regardless of what other buzzwords are chosen to describe it.
What’s even scarier is that so many people in the responses to Calgary Police’s tweet are not only supportive but are encouraging more arrests. Canadian citizens seem to be behind the idea of an all-powerful government able to shut down public gatherings on a whim and end religious services.
I also want to note that while police may generally deserve respect, they are not your friends. We’ve seen over and over throughout the pandemic, including in the United States, where police bend the knee to tyrannical regulations from political figures that they have no business enforcing. You can not trust these people, no matter how valiant they may be most of the time in their duties, to ensure your liberties. That’s another reason the Second Amendment is so absolutely crucial to maintain.
Honestly, this is the kind of thing revolutions are fought over. I understand always trying to promote peaceful resolutions in an ostensibly democratic society, but there comes a point where civil disobedience is necessary, and then if the government continues to crush rights and freedom, something past that.
Where are the “99% good cops” (that Hannity likes to brag about) coming to this man’s defense? These cops are Nazis.
Horrifying.

Inciting people to go to Church? Sounds serious. If there were any worthy souls in the area, they’d be right there with him. It seems you can get a Antifa/BLM crowd to (Burn, Loot< Murder) pretty easy but get people to go to Church to make their spiritual lives better . . not so much.
Yes, there are good cops but they are fading out. The a-hole cops are growing to be the enforcers of this new order growing day by day.
Thanks to the "defund" movement and the abuse being heaped on cops by the MSM and the Twitter mob, idealistic young folks who want to serve their fellow citizens will seek other careers, and only bullies, sadists and grifters will want to become cops. Soon police forces will soon be filled Austin Hopps (Google him).
Three things are happening to policing in America:
Militarization of local police.
4th amendment right are being weakened to the point of uselessness and,
Control of local police is being shifted to the federal level.
“Baby Comrade” Trudeau has accomplished what his Marxist/Castroite father/mother couldn’t do, make Canada a Marxist dictatorship.
What is worse is that the police are now becoming the Canadian equivalent of the KGB/SVR/Stasi and Red Chinese “Red Guards”.
Time for patriotic Americans to boycott visiting Red Canada and stop buying their goods.
I was in Canada and attended the open field inauguration of John ? Dieffenbaker as the new Prime Minister. That was about 1956. Back in those days, there were no serious communists/threats to that country.
Now that danger, like COVID 19, has taken over the lives of the good people of Canada, and their leader is now called “Comrade Little Fidel”.
Expect more of this iron-fisted govt/police tyranny, thanks to Obama/Biden/Harris/Kerry and other reds in our govt over the past decades.

There are at least 3 jackbooted thugs arresting the pastor. The pastor knows what communism and fascism are. He thought he had escaped from them by going to Canada. The biggest tragedy of the century is that Canada, and soon the USA, has become communist/fascist.
