Time to nuke china
bttt
A $13 Million fine for a company with an average yearly revenue of $34 billion?
Where’s the deterent here?
Who at Honeywell did this?
Well, a honey of a deal that is!
“Honeywell” did this? What people at Honeywell? I wonder if anything could be gleaned from their names. Wait, I’m not sure I want to know exactly how stupid the people in charge really are.
Gotta keep arms parity to keep them contracts rolling in. Also gotta overestimate the enemy’s capability for the same reason. The US reaction to the MIG-15 Foxbat in the 70s was a prime example of a psyops campaign by the DoD.
Yes, and time to nuke Honeywell too.
In sane times people would hang for this.
immediate confiscation.
They hit them with their purse!
This “punishemnt” is actually a reward.
Its offensive to call this a punishment.
Mig 25 Foxbat
These are voluntary disclosures of ITAR violations for typically licensed transfers. This happens when the markings are incorrect, or it wasn’t clear if the data was actually ITAR, and was adjudicated to be controlled after the fact, etc.
It’s usually indicative of poor internal controls and people unfamiliar with the actual requirements of a license, not subversives trying to aid and abet enemy regimes.
I’m sorry. Isn’t that what this president did/does?
I presume the ChiComs paid a lot more than $13MM for the classified information ...
Execs involved should be hung for treaeon.

There is none. This fine as a % of Honeywell profits amounts to about $95 to someone earning the not insubstantial salary of $250,000.
The traitors at Honewell (even if it includes CEO Darius Adamczyk) should have been arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced for giving aid and comfort to the enemy of the United States..
Now those in the State Department who reached a settlement with Honeywell (even if it includes Secretary Antony Blinken) should also be arrested, tried, convicted, and sentenced for giving aid and comfort to the enemy of the United States.
