Latest Washington Post Fact Check on Stacey Abrams Should Further Mobilize Georgia Voters Against Her
Red State ^ | 04/28/2021 | Sister Toldjah

To say Stacey Abrams has been the recipient of some rather gracious and fawning media coverage over the last three years would be putting it mildly.

There is no mainstream news outlet, outside of perhaps Fox News, where you will not find a voluminous amount of puff pieces preaching about how she was supposedly instrumental in “saving” the country from former President Trump in 2020 and how she would have won the 2018 Georgia gubernatorial election — if not for that “racist” Republican Brian Kemp’s supposed machinations behind the scenes.

But all the media favoritism in the world has not been able to save Abrams nor her allies from intense scrutiny over the claims they made about Georgia’s new voting law. Her false claims, along with President Biden’s, Sen. Raphael Warnock’s, and other Democrats set conditions on the ground that helped pave the way for Major League Baseball to pull their All-Star Game from the state.

While Biden got dinged with four Pinocchios from the Democrat-friendly fact-checkers at the Washington Post nearly a month ago over claims he made about the law, Abrams is just now receiving attention from the paper over some of her own similar claims.

The end result of an analysis of her statements about a supposed reduction in voting hours in Georgia was two Pinocchios for Abrams:

Really shoulda been four, but considering the source, we’ll take what we can get:

So, the only reason Stacey didn’t get “Four Pinocchios” — like Biden — is because she lied “more artfully.”

Either way — she is a self-interested liar whose lies have hurt Georgians. #gapol https://t.co/ZKFxRLrO1e

As I said yesterday, it can’t be stressed enough how the media/Democrat-driven bogus campaign against the Georgia voting law hurt the very people they claim they want to help. Not only did their lies set the stage for boycotts to be announced and MLB to pull the game, but matters were made worse once Warnock’s staff admitted after the fact that his comments were made based on an early version of the bill that did not make the final cut.

Then Abrams revised her USA Today op/ed piece post-MLB announcement in order to try and save face, and her accomplices at USA Today didn’t even bother to point it out until they got called out nearly three weeks later.

The worst part about it is that the state lost an estimated $100 million in revenue, much of which would have gone to the very minorities that Democrats said they wanted to protect from the non-existent “voter suppression” that was (not) in the law.

Play stupid political “woke” games, win stupid prizes, and in the end, it’s average Joes and Janes who suffer the most while politicians and activists still rake in the fundraising cash. Georgians should make sure Democrats pay a big political price at the ballot box in 2022 and 2024 for their willful deception, which is costing voters in the state far more than Georgia’s voting law ever will.

She is visual hutzpah. Democrats like that. Would they want to wake up next to it? Like they would with Hillary and/or Michelle.

As I’ve noted before, Abrams could capsize Guam.

Keep her away [from Jekyll Island too].

I don’t understand. People who vote after 5:00 pm are overwhelmingly Republican. By all means, extend voting until 8:00 or 9:00 PM.

Her next gig may not depend on Georgia voters

I’m not sure any of her elections were based on actual voters.

She will be the next GA governor. GA royally screwed itself and is on the way to being blue if nothing changes.

The one she lost was based on actual voters. Something that she changed in the run up to the Biden theft of the 2020 election. Ga’s population is about 31% black and we all know that 95% of blacks vote mindlessly for the black democrat no matter how flawed corrupt dishonest and loathsome the candidate.

Heck, you can say that of every single what used to be, Red State.

All these talk about Republicans taking over Congress in 2022 and/or Trump winning 2024 are baloney simply because the rotten and corrupt voting system in November 2020 is STILL IN PLACE.

You are 1 Gagillion percent correct.

You don’t do anything about mail in voting and the absolutely ridiculous drop boxes, you haven’t change a thing. Why in the world would they continue to allow either is beyond all comprehension.

Toss in Governors like Kemp fighting each other to get any and every business to relocate and you’re just importing Dems from up north.

$100M in the hands of an upward mobile black community is bad for the Democratic plantation. Had to stop it and somehow blame it on Racist Republicans.

Doesn't matter.

Black businesses in Atlanta will still blame Republicans for lost business.

Times don’t matter.

Getting rid of RCV enabled voting machines does.

If those are still in use in GA, the election will go the way Deep State wants.
