Are you telling me this report is “horsecrap conjecture article of fear porn from noted antivaxxers.” Seemed like a legit scientific publication.

Perhaps the article misconstrued what was in the report, but
how about thoughtfully debating the issue/concerns raised in the report? It would have been nice if you had provided more than insult to the article and poster. Can you state with absolute certainty that concerns raised in the report are fear porn? I.e., no truth to this?

I replied to you a couple weeks ago. My son’s friend’s mom is still in the hospital with issues—she was admitted due to severe headaches following getting the vaccine...And I know woman who was in ICU for 8 weeks, rehab for 3 or 4...So I can see both positions on the issue.

Disappointing that you did not appreciate my perspective... that getting the vax or not getting the vax is a serious, individual decision requiring thoughtful consideration and good information—not just what is allowed on FB & Twitter/what Biden and CDC are pushing.

How about encouraging posting of different information and thoughtfully debating it? As a doctor, you could really add to the debate—but this post really didn’t.

I reluctantly got my vaccines after hearing of a friends COVID death. She was 66, great health, and when she was hospitalized, alone for eleven days, she was terrified, begging to see her daughters before she died. They were allowed in the last day of her life to say goodbye.

I agree 100%. They have this all wrong. The original paper was saying that Covid crossed the blood brain barrier which was also BS and pushed by CNN.

One source which was the funnest to knock down.

The Maxime Taquet paper suffers from the flaws of data dredging. Matched controls, not randomized, double-blind. “Our primary cohort comprised patients who had a COVID-19 diagnosis; one matched control cohort included patients diagnosed with influenza, and the other matched control cohort included patients diagnosed with any respiratory tract infection including influenza in the same period. Patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 or a positive test for SARS-CoV-2 were excluded from the control cohorts.”

The matched did not have covid+ diagnosis/test —automatically this may impact the patient’s metal health. Bias. The covid patients had covid+ diagnosis/test, impacting their mental health (FEAR!!!). Imagine all the family members, society pounding this home with masks and suits. Also, the covid+ patients were incentivized in the US to be diagnosed with covid and go on vent. Vent will generate a systemic inflammatory response (along with the underlying disease) worsening outcome. So worse outcomes, mentally

When he isn’t paying to have non-reproducible studies and “research articles” (such as the one referenced in the linked article) published in a predatory journal (look it up), he patents his “ideas”.

The illustrious Dr. Classen holds some patents that patent “the act of reading the published scientific literature and using it to create vaccination schedules that minimize immune disorders”. Isn’t that absolutely brilliant? And Wikipedia says that he actually has sued four biotechnology companies over allegedly infringing on those patents.

So we fight each other constantly but can we all admit that there is no true scientific conclusions or facts yet about any of these. If one feels informed by all means get a shot or two. Being prudent and waiting doesn’t mean necessarily that one should be smeared anti-vax. I personally will never get it.
