NBC News deceptively edited police bodycam footage so their viewers wouldn’t see the knife in 15-year-old Ma’Kiyah Bryant’s hand moments before a Columbus officer shot her dead.
NBC also deceptively edited the 911 call to omit the part where the caller says a girl was “trying to stab us.
NBC anchor Lester Holt began the segment by showing a picture of a smiling Ma’Kiyah Bryant to make her look innocent.
Omitting the fact that the teen was wielding a large knife and attempting to stab someone is willful deception.
According to Newsbusters, ABC and CBS were actually honest (for once) and showed the part where Ma’Kiyah Bryant was trying to stab another female.
ABC and CBS also played the important part of the 911 call : “These grown girls over here trying to fight us, trying to stab us,” the caller said.
The police bodycam footage released by the Columbus mayor showed Makiyah Bryant attempting to stab someone as the officer acted swiftly and opened fire, fatally striking her.
I'm guessing the police officer is safe in this matter - unless it comes out that he once criticized BLM. In that case he could be charged with a hate crime.
That is what is has come to.
Because nbc and the others want street savages parading in the streets burning, stealing and assaulting so as to prepare the folks for the forthcoming White-suppression legislation coming in the fall.
The media has to do this in order to keep the outrage going. Good job media.

I THINK these videos are meant for internal consumption at NBC (well, all MSM really) to be viewed by on-air staff and commentators (THIS would explain their obtuseness WHEN confronted with the actual facts) ... and SOMEHOW this edited copy made it “to air” ...

On this one, I don’t care what race the policeman was who fired, this is a classic case of having to do so to save the life of an innocent citizen. It is far different than the Floyd case, which, I don’t care the race of the policemen, that kind of detainment was overkill and is being justly punished. Screw NBC for covering this up. It is as clear as day that woman in a pink sport suit was about to get a 10 inch blade into her carotid. What are you going to do, reason with the assailant?
The message is clear. If you are a white cop, don’t deal with blacks. There’s no upside.
I think they’re going to suspend him because he didn’t use his taser. That talking point has already been put out there by the politicians and the MSM. It’ll be a display in appeasement.

If a police officer can’t be lauded as a hero in circumstances like this, then we are truly lost...
I clearly see a knife in her hand at the 31 second mark of the video. Another useless click-bate article from GP.
