The Minneapolis Star-Tribune is being blasted online for releasing biographical information of all twelve jurors plus two alternates in the Derek Chauvin trial in the killing of George Floyd.
Without naming the jurors, reporters Paul Walsh and Hannah Sayle on Tuesday published enough details about their lives, internet sleuths and local snoops may be able to figure out who they are.

What’s the deal - why are any articles about Chauvin getting zapped?
Good question. Very disappointing. I’ve never seen that in the 20 years I’ve been here.
What do you mean?
Check Breaking News and see a thread with 850 replies?
Why not in the forum?
Why not?
Just a guess but it’s an attempt to keep the discussion to a
few threads rather than many that would be posted from
various sources.
Later on more threads allowed, info will be allowed. JMO
Yes about the jury having reached a verdict but buried in the middle is which of the three charges he was convicted of. That means people have to scroll through 3-400 posts to find that info.
The mods should let one post through about the charge(s) convicted of.
I do understand not wanting the entire front page full of posts about the same thing though.
There is a main thread with 850 plus replies.
This is much much better than the usual 10-20 threads about the same issue with hundreds of replies all over the place.
I hope Chauvin’s lawyers include this in their appeal arguments.
Like others have noted, we don’t need a hundred duplicate threads. The clean site today is fantastic. Thank you moderators.
The intimidation worked. They voted guilty on all counts. You now not only can indict a ham sandwich, you can send it to Sing Sing for life. (I would imagine the intimidation by the black jurors over the non-black jurors probably played a greater role anyway.)
The USA is over. Done. The trick now is to see how long we survive this decade without 2A and with a very adverse US military targeting patriots.
The mods updated the title to notate Chauvin was found guilty on all three counts.
Either you stay on one thread to discuss the issue, or you can bounce around 10 plus threads and replies to discuss the same issues.
I prefer the former.
Yes. And the obvious bias by Mad Max Waters and Pedo Joe Biden.
must have seen my complaint
Don’t think for a minute that their names, addresses and place of employment would have been given to BLM mobs if there hadn’t been a conviction on all counts. I imagine
the speed of the verdict was as much as to get away from the mobs as was based on serious consideration of the evidence. I can’t blame the jurors as I would probably have done the same.
Most of the jurors had seen the video which led to a them having a negative view of Chauvin. Given this, and how quickly the jury reached a verdict, seems like the verdict was pre-determined and didn’t matter what was presented in the court room.
They’re setting up the appeal. This isn’t over.
This is seriously not cool. Jury duty is bad enough because you are yanked from your job for who knows how long and paid, like, $20 a day. Its a duty, and its now a duty that can get your privacy and life invaded in controversial cases. We live in a banana republic without the benefit of bananas.
Another day in Haiti.
