...John Swanson, 81, of Genesee County, New York, like so many elderly Americans, was given no legitimate preventive or early treatment options for this now very predictable inflammatory response to COVID-19. He wound up on a ventilator at the United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia and, according to the court affidavit, was "on death's doorstep." The Buffalo News reports that, according to attorney Ralph C. Lorigo, Swanson was given one dose of ivermectin and began breathing on his own, was then taken off the ventilator, and began to show great progress. However, the hospital, with no other legitimate treatment options to offer, refused to give him follow-up doses.
On April 2, state Supreme Court Justice Frederick J. Marshall ordered the hospital to administer the follow-up doses at the request of Swanson's wife.
As of late Friday afternoon, his attorneys described Swanson as "stable."
"I definitely think the Ivermectin is helping him," Sandra Swanson told The Buffalo News, but she said she is upset and frustrated that hospital officials would not allow her to visit with her husband.
"They held the phone to his ear, and I read him a long list of people who are praying for him every day, about 20 people," she said. "But I need to see him." There have been at least two other instances where New York judges had to force local hospitals to administer lifesaving treatment to those who appeared on their way to death.
It is shocking how 13 months into this pandemic, the medical profession has nothing to offer but a ventilator, keeping loved ones away from seeing the patient, and blocking the only known lifesaving treatments....

Yes. The Democrats have known for decades that they can control the general populace with fear.
Fear gets people to take the vaccines and fear gets them to wear the mask.
Fear allows them to close and restrict businesses.
I have noticed that people in my area have been habituated to go to Walmart during the Lock Down. So many other stores were made unavailable during the lock downs and did not have the products people wanted in quantities like Walmart. Now things are closer to normal, yet Walmart’s parking lot is packed and the smaller retailers lots are empty. It wasn’t that way before COVID.
It seems to me that COVID and the Lock Downs are being used to crush small and medium sized businesses. The restrictions on Ivermectin and HCQ to push the Vaccines. Yes fear is a tactic but control, power and profit is the purpose it serves.

Wow, that was a wasted effort, but not surprising. The medical community is totally TOP-DOWN - once the government says something, they will obey, and that’s because of our wonderful legal system.
If the government tells the medical community to administer lethal doses of cyanide, for example, to virus patients, they will do just that. Why, because they’re covered, they can say they were doing as told by the government (which, of course, cannot be sued).
Likewise, if they didn’t give you the cyanide, but instead you died of the virus, they could be sued (and the doctor involved lose his license), because they didn’t follow the government-approved ‘treatment’ plan.
Thus, the only (financially) safe course of action, for this hypothetical, is the cyanide.
Most people have a stronger reaction to the second shot, but it has been hypothesized that those who react more strongly to the first, my have had COVID already (maybe without symptoms).

I think the normal standard of care now is the Regeneron antibody cocktail, rather than a ventilator.
These are the same NYS hospital systems that, rumor has it, are requiring their employees to hard sell WuFlu vaccines to every single sodding patient.

You’re worth more to the hospital dead than alive. You dying means they get a massive influx of cash from the government. Guaranteed payday. You living means they send a massive bill to you, it goes to collections, and you spend the rest of your life paying them back in trickles instead of a lump sum they can use to line the pockets of their medical staff.
I do NOT understand why they will give the first dose, but you gotta get a freaking JUDGE to allow a subsequent dose!
