DEMOCRATS IN CONGRESS Intend To Unveil a Bill to Expand The Number of Supreme Court Justices on Thursday, according to three legislative sources familiar with the bill.

The bill would increase the number of justices on the Supreme Court from nine to thirteen.

Republicans currently hold 6 seats, while Democrats hold just 3 after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.

The bill is sponsored by House Judiciary Committee Chair Jerry Nadler, Subcommittee chair Hank Johnson, and freshman Rep. Mondaire Jones.

In the Senate, the bill is being championed by Ed Markey of Massachusetts.

I think they are afraid that they will lose some of the special elections coming up and possibly lose the house. No matter, they don’t have 60 votes in the Senate for this and it can’t be placed in a reconciliation bill for a 51 vote passage. But, that might give them reasons to scrap the filibuster altogether.

the commission is just to come up with BS reasons, like racism as to why they need to do it, the real reason as we know is complete power. Dems are setting it up so they will not lose another national election with their voter bill, the illegals are turning red states blue (it’s not liberals moving from CA as multiple studies have shown) but the block voting of Hispanics at 70% dem, blacks 90% . Ever state that has gone from Red to purple to blue is because of Hispanic growth, We either figure that out or its over.

Just look at the states won by Trump in 2016,he won 32 states but only 4 have a population of Hispanic voters over 13%. Clinton by contrast won 28 states and only 5 had a Hispanic population of under 13%.

535 members of Congress.....I’ll say about 50, give or take, are worth a sh*t, the rest are corrupt to the core. Example, why would any of them object to us pulling out of Afghanistan, now or when President Trump was in office? Because they have something to gain.

9 Supreme Court Justices .... I’ll say that 2 shouldn’t even be there, period. The newest ones are already showing that they’re not the Conservative justices the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society said they were. On the best day, we have a 5-4 court, given that Roberts is actually on the Breyer, Kagan, Sotomayor side of the court.

Our Congress is filled with RINO, GOPe, Chamber of Commerce, Wall St puppets who care more about their stock portfolio’s than you and me.

We have lower federal courts that are packed with Clinton, Obama, Bush judges that don’t care and have been given the leeway to make broad judicial dictates(nationwide injunctions) that they don’t have the power to do.

We have a judge in Judge Sullivan, when the evidence is dropped on his head that Gen Flynn was innocent, still delayed the the dismissal to try and run out the clock until CornPop got in and he could sentence Gen Flynn

Then, of course, we have all the henchman and more than willing soldiers(Clinesmith, Wolf, McCabe, Page, Strzok, Baker, et al) who will do all that it takes to please their apparatchiks in the hopes that they’ll get invited to the next party. If you and I lie in a federal investigation it’s prison. For Clinesmith time served and not sure if he’s been disbarred yet.

That same Georgia that now has the Lt Gov, SOS, AG, and Republican leadership signing onto an Amicus Brief opposing any detailed examination of the ballots cast in November and January. That same Georgia that allegedly holds a hearing on the fraud that took place but, for some odd reason, doesn’t call Ruby, her daughter and their supervisor to testify about why they were running the same ballots through the same machine over and over again.

Courts in Nevada refusing to hear a case where investigators found over 40,000 voters who voted twice, in a state that President Trump lost by a little over 10,000 votes, IIRC.

Indeed, Jan 6 has been conflated into a Trump-driven Insurrection attempt. Any subsequent "siege" will be put down faster than an unruly pit bull, and will not only have the backing of half of the country, but will castrate any attempt to deal with the situation through proper channels.

Georgia isn’t a Doolittle Raid. General Doolittle and his crews had gigantic ballz and were willing to risk it all.

The Republican’s in the Georgia legislature couldn’t be further from that. They had a chance to do something and they didn’t. They’re nothing but a bunch of SEC Frat Boy’s, with a few tossed in from Georgia Southern and Valdosta State, nothing more. They’re some of the most corrupt people in the country. Completely controlled by developers, farmers, chicken plant/farm owners and, now, Hollywood.

That law gets tossed, they’re just going to shrug their shoulders, tell the people they tried and then keep collecting their money so they can buy a house on Oconnee, Lanier, Sea Island or move to Hilton Head.

And with the way they’re building down here, businesses running from the liberal hell holes they created up north, promising Georgians jobs that go to the liberals that move with their companies....just like what has and is happening in Texas, North Carolina, Nashville, Chattanooga, Greenville.....the state is shifting Blue, because liberals can’t just let people live their lives. They have to control everything.
